We’ve had several bad experiences here, but nothing that kept us from returning. The food can be good. The service can be good. Yesterday it was not. I drove 20 minutes to pick my order up. I told them I was picking up an order. I gave them the name and last 4 digits of the phone number. I waited about 15 minutes in line and get to the window. I’m asked again for the info which I provide again. The lady comes back to the window and ask me if we had the order picked up. She tells me the order was picked up. Which I explain to her it wasn’t. It was ordered through their app. She then ask me for the info again and makes me get my wife to send a screenshot of the order. She comes back and tells me they have to remake my order. So they gave our food away to someone in the store while I’m outside, waiting, getting screenshots, providing my info while someone comes in and gives them my info? The woman who told me what happened got on the phone with my wife and told her a different story which I called her out on. I’m not sure if our food was actually given to someone else. I don’t appreciate us being lied to. I get the food home and I’m missing part of the order. Didn’t have any of the sauces I asked for. No apologies when my food was handed to me. So beware at this location that they’re giving your food out to strangers that have your phone number and name somehow.

Ok this was my first time visiting this location and the third time ever eaten at a Panda Express. I can tell you that I was discouraged about going and trying another Panda Express.
The first location and second location I went to the food was bland no season and not tastefully at all. So naturally me having to go I was not feeling it. The only reason I was going to try it because my daughter asked and she had a free meal. This location compared to the other two locations had that flavor and season.
I’m only going to go to this location going forward. Great service and the food was Great!!!!!!

I love the convince in location but boy is Panda Express starting to taste like yesterday’s leftover’s ..the food isn’t fresh, and very small portions for the price. I rather make fresher meals at home than eat here..

My husband and I waited what felt like forever for this location to open. We finally went today, and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious. The only thing I could complain about is that by the time we left, the line was basically out the door. They seemed to be having a pretty hard time keeping up, but the quality of the food most likely made it okay. A tip I have is to definitely tell them you want the to go plate, because it seemed like you get more that way compared to when you say it is for dining in.

Great customer service! However, I hate to say this the food has been consistently bad three times in a row. You could barely taste the sauce on the chicken. The lo mein did not have a taste at all. Several entrées were out, which caused a long wait time.

Arrived 21.25 and the restaurant was closed. So i went to the drive and everything i wanted was sold out.. at 21.25! They say they are open till 22.00 well that’s a lie. They should put 21.00 if they not gonna cook no more after 21.00 and only serve what’s left.

Despite closing at 10pm, my husband came in at 830pm last Friday and the whole place was a mess. There was no one in front of him, half the food bins behind the counter were closed. It was okay because they had everything we wanted. My husband ordered it and before the girl behind the counter could get the shrimp he wanted, another girl working the drive thru pushed past the counter girl and took about 6-8 serving of the shrimp clearing it all out. A guy in the kitchen was cleaning everything and closing the kitchen down, so we were told we couldn’t get what we wanted. We ordered what they had left, asked for sauce at the register and were charged for it. Only to get home and have no sauce. This place is a joke. The entire time a older manager man was running around yelling at the poor workers but not doing a single thing else. I filed a complaint with Panda Express corporate about the managers behavior.

Quick and easy. Yummy too. I am writing this review at the end of July 2025 and I highly reccomend their Cantonese BBQ Beef Brisket that they are currently testing. It is an extra $2 to add as an entre, but so totally worth it! Next time when I order a plate, I am going to pay extra for 2 helpings! Try it while it’s still on the menu.

It is now Sept and I went back for more, but she said that was only for a week. WHY!?!? I cried sadly. Bring it back please.

This is the amount of food that I was given today after I ordered a medium entree. I normally check my food while I’m at the window but I was in a rush today to get home. I tried calling the store and to my surprise, not only did no one answer but they also do not have a voicemail setup. This location is ripping customers off!
