I ordered through the app for pickup before heading to my hotel. I received a notice that my order was ready, but it was not. The lady preparing the food never made eye contact or spoke a single word to me. She handed me my order and walked away. When I got to my hotel room, I opened it to see the pathetic amount of food. It also did not look very fresh. I ordered a big plate… one of which being broccoli beef. I had broccoli with two tiny tiny pieces of beef. Two. Rude staff and disappointing food.

My most recent visit was on a Friday night at 7:00. The line was intimidating, but they moved it along with incredible efficiency and I was eating my fresh and delicious food in no time. Portions sizes were great. Pick up orders through the app are a breeze as well. I recommend using the back entrance for those. Does anyone do fast food Chinese better?

Visited this place 12/30/22. Just got off the road from a 5 and half hour drive. Decided we would eat here and turn in.
The customer service was a flat out zero. The server who you see here in the photo has absolutely no interpersonal or outer personal skills (if such word). She’s not inviting or approachable. What I have learned over 50 years is that the way the customer service is pretty much predicts how the food taste. The atmosphere and customer service was stiff and uninviting and the food would have tasted the same. Even my grand daughters asked that we leave. We decided to not spend our hard earn money here. The overall rating is 3.8. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but the ratings speak for themselves. Will not recommend anyone eat at this place or any place with this kind of customer service.

I ordered 2 entrees and the food was horrible including the customer service at the top of the list. The server was extremely rude and combative, she was asked kindly to put on gloves to serve my food because upon arrival her and her colleagues were cleaning and the restaurant was no where near closed, she started to argue that she wasn’t cleaning only her colleagues but that was a lie. I should have walked out then based on her attitude but decided to still purchase food which was terrible and not fresh. I will never eat from this restaurant again and will also advise my family, and friends not to as well.

This was my first time coming into this location today. Food was fresh, service was quick and efficient, and the place looked cleaned. I ordered take out before I had to go into work and ate half of my plate there and the other half I later transferred to a bowl to reheat at home. However, it was very upsetting to find a piece of CHIPPED BRICK or a clay rock in it when I ate the other half at home. Thank goodness I didn’t bite hard on it, otherwise I would have damaged my teeth.
