Just left work around 7:30pm. I ordered 3 plates for myself and family to take home. I get there around 8:03pm and immediately get a notification on my phone saying order picked up. Unbeknownst to me, the gentleman I held the door open for, had my order in his hands on the way out. I approached the counter telling them my name and was handed someone else’s order with a different name that only had one plate ♀️.
I inform the young man who handed me the plate that it wasn’t mine. All the employees stand there confused. I show them the notification and said I think you gave my food away (just as they were about to give me someone else’s food). I waited a bit for them to check the camera to see if I was telling the truth, once confirmed I guess they started remaking my order.
I say “guess” because no one acknowledged me in that moment. No one said “our apologies miss, we’ll remake your order now”. It wasn’t until some time has passed that someone said “they’re remaking your order”. After a few more minutes elapsed he offered me a drink while I wait, but for some reason the atmosphere didn’t feel welcoming. It felt like it was my fault for their mess up and I told my husband on the phone while I waited “they’re going to ration my portions now because it’s a little before closing and they don’t want to make more food”. Well I was right.
I was about to leave and once again they were forgetting my 3rd plate but that’s not the worse part. I get to my car to check the food and they gave me 3 pieces of sesame chicken and a handful of peppers. So I had to go in again and get my order corrected.
Everyone gets tired at the end of a work day but that’s no excuse. I work 10 hours everyday. I had just worked 10 hours today and even after they gave away my food I stood there quietly and pleasantly. I didn’t give attitude. I didn’t raise my voice. Yet, they still tried to ration my food all because they gave my original order away.
I will not order from here again.

The cashier named Hailey has a very bad attitude as usual. I pulled up to the drive-thru menu and speaker and noticed there was a panel missing and I sat there for a minute and no one said anything so I said “hello?” and a guy told me to “hold on a second” so I sat there for another maybe 2 minutes with no one saying anything to me. Then I said :this doesn’t make any sense” and then Hailey came over the speaker very rudely asking me did I want to place my order. I told her ” there’s a menu panel missing so I need the prices of the different plates” and then she’s like “so what are you needing” and I’m like “I need the prices because the panel is missing on the menu outside”. So she VERY quickly runs down the prices, so quickly that I had to ask her to repeat the prices. she gave me the price again and so I told her what I wanted to order and I pulled forward to the window. She came to the window cutting her eyes and then gave me my total. I gave her my card and I asked her did they have chili sauce. She never answered my question and then gave me my bag of food and then I asked her did they have chili sauce AGAIN and she told me “it’s already put it in the bag”. She was just rude and this isn’t the first time that I’ve had this experience with her. In my prior experience with her, I had to get the manager involved and she was suspended or sent home for a period of time. She has a bad attitude and it’s not a good representation of Panda Express.

Went here at 810pm when they close at 930pm. They had absolutely no food and said the kitchen was closed. Why even have hours until 930 if they stop making food at like 730. Waste of my time driving all the way there for nothing. Won’t be going back

It’s a place with food… I was in the drive through– they told me the mushroom chicken was out for the rest of the day, and they promised that their beef and broccoli had been made 5 min ago. Friends, the beef and broccoli was so old and mushy, I don’t know why they told such an obvious lie. We were pretty unlucky with our noodles being dried out and approximately 2/3 cabbage, though the manager offered to let us come back for new noodles. The orange chicken wasn’t very good. It was edible. It won’t give you food poisoning. It’s just not that great

My first time ever having panda express was a hit. I was on my lunch break, so I was in a hurry, and the young lady who took my order in the drive-through, was extremely patient with my lack of knowledge of the menu, and she went above and beyond to help me. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. My chow mein with beef and broccoli. It was amazing and the sweet tea was on point. My service was fast. Definitely recommend.

Extremely hit or miss. More miss than hit, honestly. The rice was undercooked, egg roll was old, and the teriyaki chicken didn’t taste fresh. Every time I go here I say it’ll be the last. I think I’m for real this time.

My first time trying and very sad to say I was terribly disappointed. My chow mein literally needed water to be edible. There were 4 pieces of beef mixed my huge florets of broccoli and my orange chicken had passed its shelf life. The cashier at the window was polite.
