Pretty much every time we go we’re missing something or getting the wrong thing. The food itself is good. This time we went and ordered a single plate and had to sit in the drive through line for over 10 minutes for one car in front of us. Then when we get to the window the lady gives us our plate as quick as possible and leaves the window saying have a nice night. We get home to find half portions and no broccoli like ordered. This happens every time. More than likely will not be coming back unless compensated. IT LITERALLY LOOKS AS IF THEY WERE GOING TO ADD THE BROCCOLI THEN JUST GAVE UP.

I had a long and draining day at work, so I decided to treat myself to some Panda. This lovely employee (I’m pretty sure her name was Abigail) made my entire day 10x better! Her energy was warm and inviting, something you don’t see a lot nowadays in the service industry, especially in the younger generation. I hope that young woman has a fantastic day!

This was my first time eating at Panda Express. The servers behind the counter were so nice and carried on a conversation with you while fixing our plates. The food was delicious. The chicken was crispy and very flavorful. All of the food tasted fresh… something I had not experienced previously at a Chinese restaurant. You will not be disappointed eating at this location!

Food is not bad in a pinch, however the portions are getting smaller and costing more.
Biggest issue is the staff! They NEVER say thank you or your welcome. Why should I thank them if they aren’t going to respond with a you’re welcome.
Trainers need to be fired and employees need to be retrained, especially in the drive thru.

Food was hit or miss, the walnut shrimp, green beans and teriyaki are hits. The rest is meh at best. I’m sure most Americans will love it though. Portions are great for the cost. Thank you for that. Biggest loss is the people. Unwelcoming and boring. That reality isn’t surprising having met upper management for the area. Team very sour, not working together. Girl who served me also covered drive thru window despite multiple folks standing around. Girl on wok was yelling for help and not getting any.
There is always a compromise on quality when hiring choices are determined for a look rather than skill and appropriateness for the workplace. Panda Red Bank follows that pattern.
Overall, food good. Environment blah. Human connection nope. Desire to return for anything other than cheap food? No that’s about it.

Had a wonderful Panda express meal after a long day of work around the house on Sunday. My four legged friends are kind of partial to anything chicken!!

My family and I love this restaurant, we’ve tried all types of their food on 3 different occasions and it’s all been delicious and large portions. Staff is friendly and hard working. We got to enjoy the grand opening celebration today and we even got some free Panda Express merch!

The chicken? Fabulous? White rice? Great. The chow main and veggie spring rolls are FULL of raw onion. Which is great, if you like raw onion. We do not. My husband gagged when he bit into the spring roll and my chow mein was left uneaten. Bummer because otherwise everything tasted fabulous.

The food was good! Besides having to wait for it to be made (not that it’s their fault!) my only complaint and I’d say a major one is not a single person was wearing gloves? While watching my noodles being prepped (since it was out) the gentlemen was pulling them out with his bare hands. That might not bother some but for me was a little gross! Then I noticed absolutely no one in prep, or on the line was wearing any kind of PPE. I wish I could just trust they had clean hands haha! But unfortunately people don’t like to wash nowadays.

The food no flavor. I did online and. I click sweet and sour sauce. And they gave me 2 packs smaller than a catchup package. I had to add my own seasoning for flavor . And the chow mein . Dry .
