We placed an online order 35–40 minutes in advance to ensure it would be ready upon arrival since we were in short supply of time.

Lucky to have had a good experience here according to the reviews after the fact. We had to wait a little bit but the food was great and the workers we encountered were courteous and friendly! Decent looking and clean restaurant too.

Just left this location. Aly’s customer service was great!!!
However, Kailey needs to take a course or two on customer service. She seemed irritated and mad that I was using a military discount. She assumed I was paying with a card and not cash, and had to cancel the transaction, even though she didn’t ask me beforehand. She was irritated when I handed her the cash, and her coin machine wasn’t working. Although it was only 10 cents, after her funky attitude I could care less if it was 2 cents — I need my change. She was slamming the coin machine, clearly irritated.
Even after this, I said thank you when she handed me my change, still being polite, and she didn’t say anything. She just walked away and mumbled some BS to Aly, like I don’t have eyes and ears and can’t see or hear her. I thanked Aly for her good customer service and told her she should teach Kailey a thing or two, because her customer service is very lacking.
Do better, Kailey!!!

The food was great but the customer service was excellent. My wife accidentally left her pocketbook at the New Bern store. The employee found it and held it for us. Hard to find honest people these days, they have one there. I didn’t get her name,wish I did. Thank you so much, you are the good part of this world.

I like to get Cub Meal, but too often, something from the Meal is missing. One time the juice box was missing. Another time, the apple crisps. And one time, both of those were missing. I really don’t like coming back to the restaurant after I have already driven off.

It’s hard to be impressed here, the food isn’t amazing and the portions are tiny. I ordered on Uber eats and have included what I got, I was missing my paid premium upgrade and egg rolls. End end up driving there and they did give me what I ordered, and a free drink, but I still paid an incredible 35$ for this.
The food is honestly just not that good, the fried rice is just rice, the egg rolls are pure mush inside, I’d highly recommend jade express, golden China, or sumo bowl over this, they are cheaper, you get more, and it actually taste better.

Good food, good service and fairly fresh. Have gone throughout times of day different days and have only encountered one time when items were limited or out of fountain drinks but for most part has always been delicious and fresh. Restaurant was cleaned and well kept and service was quick and friendly. Good size outdoor sitting and indoor as well.

Sweet girl at counter really went out of her way to help in every way. Not inexpensive, but we LOVE the food and had enough to make the leftovers dinner the next day! I got the “upgrades” – spicy shrimp was excellent and steak dish was very good. Atmosphere not exactly romantic…, but clean!

The young lady at the counter was very helpful including telling us if we wanted something that was not available at the counter, they would fix it with just a few minutes wait. The Beijing Beef had a wonderful crunch to the texture but the sauce was very sweet and over powered what little flavor was there. The onions were well cooked at just past crisp tender. The grilled teriyaki chicken was a bit odd. The chicken had a very fatty layer through each piece and I could barely detect the teriyaki flavor. The noodles were quite heavy and chewy as opposed to the light and soft we’re accustomed to. As served, the food was below average and lacking in flavor.

Went here for lunch at 1:55 on 08/13/25. Was waited on by a short brunette with a bad attitude. Mostly running the register, however I was unlucky enough to have her serve my food. Gave me the wrong dish and when I informed her, she gave me a disgusted look and rolled her eyes. Not a good look for any business. No thank you nor the usual fortune cookie. I love Panda Express, but will not deal with rude service. Will just go elsewhere.
