This is my first time trying Panda express. The noodles are super dry. The steak was tender but overall, it’s just not that good. I was looking forward to trying the Peach Lychee drink. It was watered down & tasteless. The Watermelon wasn’t much better. Super disappointed.

We made it there before it closed. When we looked up online, it stated that Panda closed at 10:30pm. However in-dining closed at 10pm and onlynthe drive-thru stayed open till 10:30pm. So it was misleading as we tried to enter the restuarant but the doors were closed and a friendly associate came and told us that the drive-thru was the one that remained open till 10:30pm.
We got the last and bottom plate of whatever was available. The food could have been better. They were out of almost everything we asked for. So beggars can’t be choosy and as we were desperate for some Panda, we bought what was available, Orange chicken and Kung Pao. However, the rice or chow-mein could have been better. They were too greasy.

Very rude window attendant. Her name on the receipt says Alexia C. I pulled up to speaker and was not greeted, just a “what can I get you” which should have been a red flag right there. I started to order a plate with double orange chicken and was told “we don’t have any orange chicken”. So I asked how long until fresh come up and she said four minutes. I told her that would be just fine. When I paid for my food I was asked to pull out front to wait on my food to be brought out which I did. The restaurant was not busy at all. I sat in my car and waited TWENTY MINUTES! I got out and walked in and up to the counter where you order and noticed a FULL pan of orange chicken! Alexia C then looks at me and starts fixing my plate. I didn’t say a single word, didn’t complain at all. She hands me my bag, no I am sorry for your wait and no smile just a very dry and emotionless “have a nice day”. This is not the kind of service I expect from a Panda Express. I am a frequent customer of this place and have never had to deal with something like this before. I sincerely hope they get employees trained properly that need it and prioritize urgency when they ask you to pull out of the drive through and wait for your order and have the decency to bring it to your car. Disappointed Panda!!!!

I ordered tonight for delivery and ordered two meals, two appetizers, and a dessert. When the door dasher arrived she handed me a bag which seemed like it had everything in it. When I got it to the table and opened it I found that they only had put one meal in and the dessert. The second meal, and the two appetizers were not here. By the time I noticed the dasher was already gone. I tried to reach out to the dasher via the phone number provided to me with no luck.
I called the Panda Express and was told via an automated message that no one was available to take my call and then it hung up without me being able to leave a voicemail.
We’ve had this happen several times in the past ordering online and them leaving the desserts out, this was half of my order. This is ridiculous, whatever issue they are having with door dash and not getting all the food to the destination needs to get fixed.

This place is ghetto!! First the inside to walk in was closed before 9pm so had to go to drive through My order was wrong. I ordered 1/2 rice and 1/2 chow mein and two different chicken orders. And this is what I got all rice and all orange chicken. When drive through was confronted about the problem. I was given a very ghetto attitude the girl in the drive through wouldn’t give her name. I was given a small different chicken to replace and chow mein. When my husband was telling the girl the problem. She told him to F off and to f his mother. I was in shock. That’s girl didn’t know but my husband is going through the death of his mother now and she was very unprofessionally. I don’t know who was the manager on duty last night but some people there need to have a job change !! And the girl was laughing when we had to drive back around to talk to them about the missed up order. Very disappointing and unprofessional place and was given a very limited menu when we went to order the first time

This restaurant is quite decent in their cooking. However there may be a mishap from your taste buds at time to time when you take food home from here, just like any oriental restaurant. The way how they cook their noodles is plausible and we like the way they cook the sesame chicken instead of the orange. Their sesame chicken in comparison to some other places is the best, in our own opinion. We like the price of what you pay for the quantity that you get from this location. I have seen even oriental Chinese people eat here on one occasion. Maybe in the future run their will be more orientals coming here. On a word of caution their black angus pepper is excellent with their sauce but if you come across on occasion pieces of hard beef you may want to take you time chewing it especially for those who are older ones. The Kung Pao Chicken is excellent for those who want something spicy, but your tastebuds could be annoyed at times if the chicken tastes kinda greasy or off. I would say they do a good job on their King Pao chicken on their spicy seasoning than some other places. They have this cool thing that if you do the online survey on your receipt you can get a free entree on your next order of food. Their food would seem to be a much healthier fast food option than let’s say a burger and a fry. It is quite Clean inside the location most of the time.

In person, this always goes well. But when I use the app, they always leave out one of my entrees. In person, you will get about 3 times more beef broccoli than when you use the app
