I’m giving all 1 stars because I’ve never been so disappointed and disgusted in my life. I was given the wrong order, and when I informed the manager, she said I could come back the next day to get the correct one. I decided to try the food anyway… and found a dead roach in it.
I called the store immediately. At first, the staff claimed no manager was on duty. But as soon as I mentioned the roach, the manager was suddenly available. I’ve ordered from this location many times with no issues, but after this experience, I won’t be back. Serious food safety concerns need to be addressed ASAP.

This was such a disappointment. The chow mien was so plain and no flavor. We got beef and broccoli and it was more broccoli with a tiny amount of beef pieces. They forgot to give us an entree. Only good thing was the teriyaki chicken, everything else was not worth the amount we spent there.

We have been to this location a few times. The first time we went I was highly disappointed. However, I told my husband we could give it another shot.
The last few times we have been the location is packing out to go orders, food is in rotation and fresh! The crew all work together to get you taken care of. The resturant is usually clean and well stocked. For a “Fast Food” location this is the one of the better spots.

Whoever desinged the parking lot for Panda and Chipotle must have lost their mind. Proceed with caution when venturing around the area.

I went on lunch and got a kids meal which was REALLY a kids meal. That lil sample was so good and a tease!! I went back and ordered the family meal and extras that same evening. I hope it stays good. Could have given more beef in the beef and broccoli . The shrimp are beyond awesome and a super tease!! Wondering how many orders I need ro fill me up?!

To me, the chicken pepper, the chicken tasted almost raw. I couldn’t eat it all. Made me almost gag. They were almost out of a lot of stuff. I had to wait for them to cook the chicken pepper. Cross creek makes better food.

Had a bad experience at the Panda Express on Morganton near Cross Creek Mall.. decided to give this new location a try… but had another awful experience. Spent $80. Had to wait for the food, while they continued to serve other customers. I asked for Spring Rolls for having to wait and was told they can’t do that. Then we found hair in one of the plates. The best the manager would do is only refund the one plate. But the manager did not apologize or speak to me about my complaints… I will not eat at another Panda Express because both experiences have been bad and no management to try to make the bad experience better. The owner of the franchises here in Fayetteville obviously does not care either.

I got to the Panda Express around 5:00 in the afternoon and they were out of most of the food that I wanted from the warming area. Whenever I go to the Morganton road location in Fayetteville North Carolina their food is always fresh and in abundance on the warming lines. I was very disappointed that the rayford road location which is much newer was so laxed the available food on the buffet bar. I chose to eat lo mein noodles as my main entree and then I chose two meats. I was really steaming because the counter person that was making my plate gave me such small pieces of meats and when I showed her which meats I wanted she only gave me small pieces and said they had to count the meat I was really stunned when they said they had to count the amount of meat they gave you so basically all I had was a big fat plate a lo mein with tiny remnants of meat. I would not recommend the Raeford road location to anyone and there tone was not very hospitable.

This is like the second or third time I’ve been given the wrong order. It’s like they run out of things and fail to inform you or they just make it wrong? Ordered a plate and got two different entrees but when I got my order it was only one of my entrees I ordered.
