Bought this meal on 2/16/26 around 7pm. Came home and eat about half of it. I found this plastic piece in my food. Am speechless!! How can this even happen??? People who work here are terrible. What can you do in life if you can’t even do this simple job perfectly?

I ordered fried rice with double honey walnut shrimp and paid extra for it. Went through drive through, guy working window wasn’t very pleasant but beside the point… once I got to next meeting spot to eat lunch and I could smell the spicy. I did not receive what I ordered and cannot eat spicy food. Tried to call multiple times with no answer and not within a reasonable distance to go back. Not the first time this has happened.

Great food, but the service sucks. I waited almost 30 minutes before I even got an opportunity to tell the lady what I wanted and there was nobody in front of me. I think Panda Express is taken on too many online/ to go orders and not servicing the people who actually come here to eat. The people that come into the facility to eat or the ones that are in drive-thru should be VIP. Stop taking doordash orders. There’s like 10 people all around the tables and around the drink machines waiting for their orders as well as a line wrapped around the place just trying to get a plate of food to either sit in or to go. This place is terrible . The food is good but the service is trash ! i mean you can almost 100 percent count on your order being messed up ! i just placed an online door dash order for pick up . They messed my order up and required me to bring back the old food so the could remake the new order . Weird because never in my life have I seen a restaurant take food back . I guess she thru it away .. Point is Panda Express is an American staple been going here since I was a kid in NY . This location gives Panda Express a terrible reputation! The staff isn’t equipped to run the restaurant if we are being honest ! When I pulled in to get my food they had about 9 people bunched up just standing around the kitchen! I’m honestly surprised this location has lasted thus far . Welp that’s my honest review . The restaurants down here need a revamp ! You need more qualified workers . This isn’t the old North Carolina , you have a bigger volume of customers you have to be able to meet that need ! Thats it for now !

I like panda but this location moves so unbelievably slow. I also placed a mobile order so it could just be ready to pick up and the person at the order window made me get out of line and come inside to be handed a bag because for some reason that couldn’t have just been done at the drive-through window. I chose this place out of convenience so that I would not have to get my toddler out of the car and instead ended up having to wait longer, get him out of his car seat, and have barely any chicken in my order.

Bought to go food and surprise… received a burnt egg roll. On top of that, I had a very “charismatic” cashier that seemed to be disappointed at me because I didn’t want to “round up” the price of my meal. She joked on how the credit card reader was having issues with my payment getting processed, because I didn’t rounded up the meal price. This certainly was very childish and unprofessional.SMH… your not entitled to someone else’s money! Also, Keep your opinions to yourself. Keep this place outside your “fast food to-go places”. Do not recommend.

This is usually my husband and i’s favorite place to get food from. We ordered delivery from DoorDash and got a bowl with Beijing beef, rice and greens, a plate with chow mein, honey sesame chicken and Beijing beef plus two sides. Not sure if our dasher opened our order or this place forgot to add the plate since it’s late. Not appreciated either way and very disappointed :/

This location stays very busy. So I’ve only had Uber Eats eperiences. On those orders a lot of things were left off of the notes section. Silverware, duck sauce & other things to complete the order. This location also runs out of a lot of the items that are on the Uber Eats order section. So getting the correct order sometimes can be difficult. Overall the food has went downhill. Broccoli & Beef with No Beef + Burnt Egg Rolls called manager about my experience & she could care less not even a I’m sorry about your food just a contact the 3rd party for a refund lol
