Stopped by Panda Express for a quick meal and it hit the spot. The food was fresh and hot, and the portions were generous. Service was fast and friendly, which is always appreciated. This was my first time ever eating at Panda Express, and I had a pleasant experience overall. I tried the honey sesame chicken with fried rice and it was really good! I also had the black pepper chicken, but honestly, it wasn’t my favorite — next time I’ll just get a full plate of the honey sesame chicken instead.
I also tried an egg roll, and while it was decent, it’s probably not something I’d order again.
I’ll definitely be back though — I still love Chinese food, and Panda gave me a solid first impression!

Panda Express is my ultimate comfort food spot—always has been, always will be. My go-to? Kung Pao Chicken with chow mein on the side. That perfect mix of spicy, savory, and just the right crunch keeps me coming back every time.
And don’t even get me started on the cream cheese rangoons—crispy, golden perfection with a side of sweet & sour sauce? Yes, please.

I like the fast and friendly service. I haven’t reviewed their ingredients, so I can’t speak to the amounts of sugar or hydrogenated fats in their food. But it tastes good and is at a great price.
The only downside for the visit was that they seemed slightly understaffed (at 5:30 pm), so they didn’t have someone emptying the trash or wiping off the tables. As a result, the dining room was a little untidy. They could also take a page out of Viva Chicken’s book when it comes to interior design (more partitions, plants, and decor). But for a quick and cheap place, they’re great.

Unless you have 25 to 40 minutes to waste every single time you come here, you should avoid this place. They never have basically anything ready except for orange chicken. 11 out of 11 times I have been there in the last year, and not a single time has it taken less than 25 minutes. Today I left after 20 minutes with no food because they hadn’t even bothered to start making the dishes multiple people were waiting on. Not going back.

Finally, I found a Panda Express outside of Carowinds and the Airport. The food was very good. The place was very busy, they’re not hurting. I wish you would build more Panda Expresses around the area, Pineville/Matthew’s, and maybe Monroe. I heard you might be coming to Rock Hill, SC, Is that true. Will be back to this location. A++++

I gave this location 2 stars only because recently, the customer service & atmosphere has been horrible. Ever since Eny has started managing this location, it hasn’t been as welcoming as it has usually been. When I ordered an item from the menu (that cost extra) she literally counted only a couple pieces of protein to put on my plate & I just thought that was not fair. Especially for that fact that I’m paying extra anyway. Bring back the old staff please. It was such a more comfortable environment.

On top of that yall wasn’t trynna open the door for my online order til I started yelling at yall and shaking the door. Then the dude that finally gave me my food talkin bout “next time you can just knock”. I did? Yall act like you ain’t hear me. If yall closed at 9 then update your hours. If not, yall need to get it together and keep the business open for the posted hours of operation.
