Very unsatisfied with my order. I ordered a plate with chow mein, super greens, orange chicken, and chicken teriyaki, but I only received the two sides and the orange chicken — the chicken teriyaki was missing. They didn’t forget to charge me for it, but they did forget to make sure all the food was actually in the plate. I tried calling the store five times and got no answer. Extremely disappointing experience.Will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

I had a coupon for a small entree along with a 2 plate the coupon had no expiration date on it . He stated he cannot honor coupon because it did not come from his store but I had the receipt from his store then he says it expired 7 days ago so I said ok he takes the shrimp that was touched by 3 people with no gloves open up the container and dump the shrimp back into the tray with the line food . Wow

Whoever the Asian woman manager was needs to be fired, she is so ugly with her words and almost barked at me and my mother when we were waiting to order. She should not be in a position of power, those people need a leader not a rude woman to make there 12h shifts even harder. Despite that food was yummy and portions were a good size too

The last 4 times I’ve ordered the teriyaki chicken, they don’t put the teriyaki sauce in the bag. Even when you order in the store for carry out. You have to ask for the sauce. It’s crazy to pay for delivery and still have to drive to the store to get sauce every time.

I try to give places more than one chance. Every time I go to this location they try to work too fast and miss what you have ordered. I always get the bigger plate and they try to rush you to your “next” item without giving you what you ordered previously. I had to explain three times what the bigger plate consisted of. The short Asian manager is very rude and tries to speak in another language when you bring up problems. The person filling my order gave me a small box of fried rice and at the register was told it had to be the medium box. The small rice was thrown in the trash can per the manager. It’s crazy to throw the food away when it is already prepared to purchase. Corporate needs to look at this location for constant small portions through the drive through and constant mistakes on the inside. Definitely not happy with the inconsistency of this panda. 1/10 experience.

I went to drive thru and ordered 2 chow mein and kung Pao chicken, they game me rice in both. I don’t like pada express rice at all, and I already have rice in my home. I was already 15 minutes away so couldn’t return.

I just wanna say how do yall mess up this bad? Bigger plate, all orange chicken with the half-half rice and noodles was my order. Just to get no orange chicken at all. Do better and give refunds instead of “in-app coupon codes” that are invalid.

This was my first time here and I got the plate with the super greens and the sweet fire chicken breast and Beijing beef and the crab Rangoon. I went through drive through and received my order pretty fast. For fast food the portion sizes and flavor was good, I would come back again to try their other dishes

Customer service was great! But that teriyaki chicken is not it…. I know it has nothing to do with cooks it’s the quality of the meat. I’ve had it 3 times 2 times in Greenville and once here and it still taste off. Veggies shrimp rice was good though.
