The portion of the entrees in one of our bowl was very less. When we went to the counter. The manager insulted us saying” I am giving you this time… This is what we not normally do. I felt like I am some kind of a free loader. Who is asking for more, and She didn’t even apologize for her rude behavior and kept on arguing. Terrible experience.

This is the best Panda Express in the area! I ordered “The plate today which consists of 2 entrees and a side dish. Today the sizzling shrimp and the angus beef along with the super greens were worth the long wait. I’m a regular here and I usually order the Bigger plate with black pepper chicken, Kung Pao Chicken and Teriyaki chicken along with the super greens. One day I’ll try the chow mein noodles or fried rice as a side dish for my son. I prefer the super greens because the broccoli, cabbage and kale still have a slight crunch. Mike was super busy cooking today but Yolanda took care of me. There’s a Panda Express on the base at Oceana, one on Lynnhaven (near the mall) and one on Battlefield in Chesapeake. I’ve tried them all repeatedly but this one seems to be the best. Enjoy! I like the new app.

My family and I arrived at this location at 8:28pm. As we were getting out of the vehicle, I notice one of the owners/managers/cooks staring at my family as we were getting out of the vehicle. She sent one of the young employees over to the door to lock it. The employee motioned my family toward the drive thru. There were no posted signs indicating that the dining room closed early…but ok. We get back in the vehicle and proceed to the drive thru. Once we started to place our order, we were told, they didn’t have sesame chicken, so I stated double on the orange chicken. I was told there was only enough orange chicken for 1 order… ARE YOU KIDDING ME! One of the most popular menu items and 30 minutes until closing. My entire family planned to order at least 1 order of orange chicken. The cashier attempted to offer other food items that were left over…my family and I left and went to Chipolte. I’m not sure if we were racially profiled or this is a regular practice…but either way unacceptable. I hope locals stop patronizing this location…poor service.

Horrible place to choose. I was there to order two plates. After building my first one, they ran out of everything (pretty much). I decided to wait for my second plate and saw they handed my first plate to other customer. The customer returned it the end. They tried to hand it back to me. Unbelievable.

Nothing is wrong with this place expect that they are always rationan food to the max. Last time I got a bigger plate and took a picture of my plate had before and they looked identical. This is 3rd and final time they robbed me of my money. I’ve been to a lot of other pandas and this one is the worst. Here a picture of my plate with 2 servings of orange chicken. They try spreading it to make it look like 2 scoops, I clearly was looking at the person counting and letting food fall out the scoop. Not cool.

Very good Chinese fast food. We have tried nearly everything on the menu and have enjoyed just about every menu item. However, if they ask you to pull around to the front of the store to wait on your food be prepared to go inside to get it yourself. This has happened every single time I have been asked to wait out front. Not one time have they brought out my food. A promised 5 minute wait is usually 10-15 minutes. So overall the food is an A- or B+ but the service is a C- at best.
