The young man that waited on me was new and being trained and he did a good job assisting me. The young lady that was the cashier checked my plate and noticed a correction needed to be made and did it before I ever knew and I really appreciated that! Amazing service and everyone had a smile!

I have gone here multiple times. The service has always been fast with nice welcoming staff (both in store and drive through). The food is good for the price and the store is always clean. Great location for work friendly lunch spot. Good portion sizes as well.

Just ordered food here and was given the driest and hardest Beijing beef in the history of the universe. This has never happened before, really disappointed. The meat is not even chewable, I don’t even know if this is meat anymore, just pathetic. And the fried rice was also very salty, this was very unprofessional.

It had been a good two years since I had been here. We came all the way up here from downtown Suffolk and was not impressed. I don’t think we were greeted when we walked in and there was hardly any food on display. Most of the bowls were empty. I got the bigger pate with white rice. I really wanted Kung Pao chicken but that was all out. I got orange chicken and Beijing beef. The chicken teriyaki was all out so I told them I’d come back for it. I paid and went and sat down. I opened up my tray and the white rice looked strange. It looked extra puffy. Tried it and it was warm and dry. Not what I was used to. The Beijing beef and orange chicken were decent though. Went and got my chicken teriyaki when I saw it come out. Didn’t see the sauce out on display but I asked for some anyways. I was handed a packet of teriyaki sauce. The strange rice kind of ruined the meal. I don’t know if it’s a new kind of rice or if it’s cooked differently or what. The place was clean though and beverage station was fully stocked.

I came here a couple of days ago with some friends and I enjoyed my dinner! I got the full plate half noodles, half rice, & double orange chicken with a chicken egg roll. I thought the price was fair! The staff was nice and the place was clean! I think this is one of the better Panda Express I came to and I recommend trying their food!
