I frequent Panda Express locations because it’s one of my favorite fast food restaurants. However, after a long drive home I decided to visit this location and I must say it was a very unpleasant experience. When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker the employee immediately started speaking over me and suggesting I get another item instead of what I wanted. Throughout the ordering process I had to keep repeating myself and the tone I received was very unwelcoming as well as rude. Once they finally got through my order they began pushing me to buy other items. After repeated “No, thank you” I finally just pulled around. When I got to the window they continued to make me feel unwelcome. Overall, this experience was the worst I’ve had at a Panda Express. I will be sure to steer clear in the future.

The food is always fresh and portioned well. They would have received 5 stars but every time my team comes here at least 4 soda fountains are down and the staff seems clueless on how to fix it or just lazy. It seams to me that switching out a soda bag for a customer is a small task.

I love Panda Express for the most part but i don’t like that Yu have a manager that can barely understand English, it took Practically 10 minutes for him to get my order straight then when I pulled up to the window I seen that he was making orders with no gloves on sticking his whole stem and hand in the rice pot along with the spoon putting it onto the plates. I asked one of the cashiers why he has no gloves on she Respond gloves break them out, so everybody in the restaurant have the same allergic reaction to gloves or how about use non-latex there’s other options. She also said that The employees wash their hands every 20 minutes after a task but clearly my man Miguel came all the way to the window to help the cashier out and went back to serving food without washing his hands. This is why people are getting sick.
