Visited 11/15/25 I ordered the bigger plate. Because with three sides. I chose the orange chicken, sweet fire chicken and black pepper steak. The Black pepper steak was disappointing. It had too many mushrooms & not enough meat. There an extra cost for that which I didn’t know. I will not choose that again. The sweet fried chicken had more pineapple and veggies than chicken. The orange chicken was the best. The super greens had too much salt. Azaria gave great customer service.

We had a great experience at the Panda Express in Fredericksburg. The food was good and consistent with what we expect from Panda Express, but what really stood out was the level of professionalism from the staff.

During our visit, we accidentally knocked over a soda. Before we could even fully react, a staff member immediately came over and began cleaning it up. We apologized repeatedly and offered to help, but she politely waved us off and handled the situation quickly and calmly, without making it awkward or uncomfortable.

What impressed us most was how professionally and efficiently she managed the spill, and then went a step further by bringing us a replacement soda without hesitation. It was handled with courtesy, speed, and a genuinely friendly attitude.

That kind of service makes a real difference. Mistakes happen, and the way the staff responded turned what could have been an inconvenience into a very positive experience. We were genuinely impressed and would absolutely return.

Food, I mean was not good quality ! We did come late do I upgrade service because that was our fault. When I walked in to get my order it was just two girls trying to decide who I was and who was going to help me. Atmosphere was busy and crowded as I weaved my way to the overhead sign(carry out pick up here). So is it just me but should restaurants be built a little different? So if services are available you can pick up right at the front door! I had to even pass tables others were eating at.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Panda Express location.

The staff and management were extremely unprofessional and showed no concern for customer service. I placed multiple orders online and called the restaurant simply to confirm that my orders were received. The first five times I called, they answered the phone, heard my question, and hung up on me.

On the sixth call, I was finally told that all four of my orders were received and confirmed, and that everything would be ready for pickup at 6:00 PM.

When I arrived at the restaurant at the agreed time, the person identifying himself as the owner/manager told me that two of my orders had been canceled. He then said that if I still wanted the food, I would need to pay full price, even though the orders were originally placed online using valid coupons.

This behavior is unethical and misleading. I was given false confirmation, wasted my time, and was then pressured to pay more due to their internal issues. It is clear that this location does not value honesty or customer satisfaction.

I strongly urge corporate management to review or reconsider this franchise ownership, as this location does not meet the standards customers expect from Panda Express.

we have been to so many Panda Express locations, they are so awesome, so i am confused by the this 1?? first time at this location, wow, what a differences? the people were friendly, quick service, fine prices, but the food was so lacking … the flavor, very blah, no heat (as in spice level? none at all) the flavor was not there? so wondering what went wrong today, don’t they taste it to be sure it is good? flavorful? temperature is right??! yummy good? right??! taste buds went what?? so sad. would not recommend. i would suggest the 1 that has blown us away from here and back, if you are ever near Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA (we were there Halloween 2025) … u got try the 1 there. they are 10 out of 10 … great flavor, so great. if only we live closer to that location. would recommend the Short Pump, VA location 2nd favorite.

Place definitely uses MSG because I got an instant migraine after eating it. I don’t even know why I stopped to be honest. I was hungry but clearly this wasn’t the right place. It’s junk the food is what it is. I won’t be returning.

It’s fast food, the most astonishing thing is they don’t have normal fried rice. They do have a ” side” called that but it’s just steamed rice with soysauce and a handful of what looks Like frozen mixed vegetables. But the other stuff is good. It’s more pricy than standard Chinese food for example 3 large mains plus only 2 side is 40$

I would never attempt to eat here ever again. I have to now drive an hr to the one in short pump. I wanted beef and shrimp they literally had a pinch and it looked old, the fact it was even offered to me was insulting. Then the lady said if I wanted sides she could fix them and put them to the side. Ummm no I don’t want cold food. I waited like 10 min still no beef and shrimp. I walked out. I’m a just stay loyal to where I normally go. I never understand why establishment don’t keep food cooked and available if they know it sells quickly.

They were told someone without handicap plates parked in handicap & the mgr blew it off.
They don’t explain/show sizes of boxes to know what size quantity. The food was okay. Xania I know that’s not how to spell her name but that’s as close as I can get, she’s a real sweetheart. Hard worker pays attention to things.

It’s a very crowded location. Surprisingly food is not good. Portion not generous at all. Teriyaki chicken not cut, unlike other panda’s. A lot of servers. One did put rice in your container and then took back out some. Ridiculous. One other server is very condescending. In general most girls there are quite rude. The fried rice Is so salty that it’s unhealthy and not edible.
I definitely will not return.
