I had an experience where I ordered via the app to the wrong location. Beth- the manager got me the number for the home office. The home office was able to help me as this was my first time with this issue. Beth saw me sitting and trying to fix the situation and came over to check on me twice. Always ready to catch my eye and help if she was needed. Once I was able to put the order in the app for the correct location Beth made my order right away so I could get my long awaited lunch. The process took a while but Beth made it feel so much smoother. Im also happy with the efforts of home office and the fact that I could call and talk to a real person.
Ill be back because the service for me waa above and beyond.

I just visited this location. It was clean and all of the associates were friendly. Especially Ellen who prepared my meal! She was patient and provided service with a smile! The food was hot and looked fresh and there was a nice variety of options. Highly recommend.

Nov 16th, ordered Panda Express through Postmates in the evening. Ordered the Crispy Sesame Chicken and Beef with Bejing Beef and Chow Mein and Fried Rice as my sides. They completely omitted the Crispy Sesame Chicken and Beef. Could’ve called and asked if I wanted a replacement entree or made it fresh if they ran out. Order number 39564870320488455
UPDATE: immediately after eating the chow mein and bejing beef I started to feel sick. My husband also did not feel well after he ate his chow mein and orange chicken. This is the last time we will order from this Panda Express

Hair in food. Noticed it right after they almost refused to give me an online order. Apparently your email verification and order number is not enough proof. I think they put hair in it on purpose because they made me stand at the store for almost 40 minutes about how legit my email verification was

The food is great, it’s just frustrating that there is no drive-throughhhhh! It’s the only Panda Express that does not have one…never been to one that lacks it, which is crazy. Going inside is a hassle because it feels chaotic sometimes.

It’s a pretty average Panda Express. Stopped by this location for lunch. I had the plate with Orange Chicken and Sweet Fire Chicken. The food was okay. Kind of tasted like it wasn’t really fresh, like it had been sitting there a while. The restaurant was reasonably clean and the employees seemed pleasant enough. My fortune cookie, missing it’s fortune, was was the perfect representation of this underwhelming dining experience.

I ate here last night and unfortunately ended up in the ER with a severe case of food poisoning. I had the chow mein, Beijing beef, and orange chicken. I hope management reviews food safety procedures to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I’m still not feeling well and wanted to share my experience.
