Shortly after, the same staff member began speaking loudly from inside the counter area about us. I honestly could not hear exactly what was said, and it did not personally bother me. However, in customer service, professionalism and respectful communication are very important.
I am not taking sides, and I did not see my friend being rude. What I did notice was the staff member speaking loudly in a way that felt unprofessional. Panda Express is a large and respected brand, and I believe the company holds high standards for how customers are treated.
I sincerely hope no other customers experience something similar. Everyone deserves to feel respected when dining out.
I came on 11th feb’26 at 2000 hrs approx there was this staff named KABITA and ROSA or ROSE(couldn’t able to read the name properly). She seriously don’t know how to talk and if you ask something she makes weird faces.
I came on 12th feb’26 at 1515 at encountered the same issue, staff were very rude
The one who took the order and makes the bill was rude and when I asked for spoon she said we have only fork and no spoon however I can see the cutlery pack behind her.
It’s not my first time in here, earlier the staff were so nice. There was this white old lady named MARIE she was super nice but I can’t see here both the times.
Overall the food was nice it’s just the staff were so rude that even though the food is nice I will never want to come in this shop.
3 stars overall for how the food did not have a “wow factor” when compared to the high price paid. Most importantly, dishesh were too OILY. Also, had to wait more than 20 minutes for the 3 pieces of cheese puffs, and when I got them, the stuffing were not as tasty as I’d expected in comparison from previous.
Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. The store was poorly organized and seemed to prioritize online orders at the expense of customers waiting in line. There were about eight people ahead of me, and I waited nearly 20 minutes to order the side I want. There is only one nice lady taking everyone’s side order. But no one was there to get the entree for us. Everyone else was busy preparing the online order and completely ignored us. There are like 4 or 5 people waiting in front of me to get the entree. And I was shocked to find that most of the popular entrees were completely gone — no orange chicken, kung pao chicken, black pepper chicken, or broccoli beef, leaving only teriyaki chicken and a few spring rolls for us in line.
It was dinner time — a peak period — and it’s reasonable to expect the kitchen to be prepared with fresh batches ready to restock. This kind of experience makes it hard to justify coming back to this location.
