I’m generally not a fan of this fast food brand in general, especially their food is mostly a combination of oily, salty, and sugary items, which I find unhealthy.( Going there only because of my kids )
As for this Panda Express location at Fair Oaks Mall, it was just average. Customer service was okay and the employees were fine, nothing particularly good or bad.
Overall, an average visit.

We had dinner here yesterday. We saw the young lady dropped some buttered shrimp while serving. We’re a bit relieved that she reached out to the droppings as we thought she’s cleaning them out but we are shocked that she returned them into the pot! Lol. She knows we saw her and immediately went to the cash register. The other guy who was working with her was nice tho.

MOUSE ALERT!!!
My wife ordered large catering delivery with Panda Express, they dropped it off without confirming, it was the wrong order for like one person who has a different name than my wife, they do not pick up their phone, I had to drive in to try and get the order…. As I am waiting a MOUSE runs straight out the kitchen…, I immediately canceled my order and got a refund, I told the manager and he said all the restaurants in the mall had it like it was a normal thing…. This is clearly a health violation and unsafe…. This is not the only review about a mouse

This Panda Express is the best Panda Express I have ever been to. The food is delicious of course ,and everyone is so nice. It is so clean ! I have been to the one near Panda Express headquarters. This one is better!

Not a very good costumer service.
I am very sorry to say that but the front line girls were mostly telling jokes between them rather than serving costumers.
The one that served me was Homaria ,today on May 8 around noon were not friendly at all, not only that but also the portions were almost half and the beef with brokoly was only brokoly without any meat..

Be aware, manager David is stingey. Barely a full scoop of food. Not worth the $11 if he is working. I come twice a week working for Fairfax County across the street. Never have seen him before but if he is working, go next door.
