I recently visited Panda Express and was quite disappointed with my experience. The service was incredibly slow, which was frustrating as I was on a tight schedule. It seemed like there weren’t enough staff members to handle the orders efficiently, leading to long wait times.

Additionally, the cleanliness of the store left much to be desired. The tables were not cleaned properly, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in a while. It was not the kind of environment I expected from a restaurant like Panda Express.

I hope they can address these issues soon, as I usually enjoy their food. Until improvements are made, I might think twice before visiting again.

Absolutely horrible situation. We ordered online and I specifically put NO TREE NUTS, as my girlfriend is extremely allergic to all tree nuts. We received our order and began eating and in my girlfriend’s fried rice was a walnut. She luckily felt it as she was chewing and spit it out immediately. She experienced a moderate allergic reaction, and luckily it was not severe as she did not swallow it. I have attempted to call numerous times and each time it has went to voicemail. I have sent a complaint to corporate and have received no response. This is a dangerous situation and Panda Express at Buckeystown has done NOTHING to address it or make sure it does not happen again to another patron! Do not recommend, horrible business in food handling and customer service!

Meh. To their credit, the chicken and fried rice were pretty good. The spring rolls were not. Heavy and grease filled. Contrary to the menu listing, they came with no sauce. Really? A sign that the staff doesn’t care, or they weren’t trained correctly, or both.

I went to Panda Express yesterday for lunch, and it’s always an enjoyable experience. Today was no different, with the staff being friendly and taking my order quickly. The food is consistently hot, and the portions are generous. I would highly recommend going here for dining in and taking out. 5 Stars!

The chow mein/noodles were uncooked, Raw. Tasteless. Something like this will get someone sick to there stomach. No vegetables in the chow mein only noodles that are uncooked.

This is a polarized review. Food and staff are great. A restaurant this size should limit online and mobile orders during peak hours. So many people picking up at the side door clogging up the register and the fountain drinks. Then there’s the manager holding a training session during peak lunch rush taking up 4-5 seats. A little common sense would earn the missing stars.

I’d give you 5 stars if you could bring a vegetarian protein back and not take it away. We want a permanent vegetarian protein. Switch them out every so often if needed but you need to keep one on the menu. It’s the only time I even come to the restaurant, please bring the beyond orange chicken back and keep it. We love it and we want it. The spices tofu is also delicious. Why do you keep taking them away. It’s so frustrating.

Everything at Panda Express was quite typical. I stopped in for take out on NYE. But, I was extremely impressed with the customer service. Every employee that I came in contact with was friendly and hard working. My food was prepared quickly and I was out the door within minutes of placing my order.

Horrible wait time inline inside the restaurant. Seems that the staff are overwhelmed between the walk-in guests and the online orders. Big cluster. No longer what considered healthy fast food. 1/2 hour wait time inline. You see a lot of stuff moving but the line is still jammed. I Felt bad because I skipped few other restaurants before I went to the highway trip

Last night, we decided to grab some Panda on the way home. I ordered our food online at 9pm, and the confirmation screen said it would be ready at 9:15. We arrived by 9:07, and did not walk out of the restaurant with our food until almost 9:50.

Despite numerous pleas, the staff only filled orders for those who came in person, and waited about half an hour before filling any online orders. It was maddening, and we were not the only people waiting for an online order. There were too many others to count (some who had been there before we arrived). If you ordered Panda via Door Dash on December 14th and got it extremely late — that was the reason why.

I have tried ordering online here before, but the restaurant had cut off online ordering because they were too busy. That is what should have happened last night. I do not blame the staff; I think they did the best they could under the circumstances. But whatever manager was on duty last night should have cancelled online ordering, AND stepped in to expedite (have staff fill two online orders, two in-person orders, etc.).

We have ordered at this Panda Express before periodically, and never experienced anything like we did last night. Unfortunately, in today’s economy it is hard to give second chances when it comes to bad service or product. My husband is a patient man, but he was so frustrated he said he would not go back for a while. I agree.
