Szechuan beef had vegetables or cabbage with spots? Husband couldn’t eat it, said it didn’t taste fresh and it looked bad. The spring rolls were greasy and didn’t taste fresh. Save your money, stomach and time. The drive through lady shoved the credit card to where it fell on the drive and no apologies from her! Rude to boot on top of the bad food!!

Don’t pay with cash. This corporation has found a way to steal customers money at the cash registers. I paid with cash. The employee took my money but was unable to return all the change that I was due because the “cash register didn’t have pennies”. The cashier “couldn’t open the register after she completed the sale and the manager had left on a lunch break”. If every Panda Express location is using this same tactic that allows them to keep a portion of every customer who pays with cash change that is due but not returned this is corporate theft. This company could be keeping $100,000 monthly from this abuse. The penny is being phased out and no longer printer according to the news. This company needs round down or round up on the sale. I was never asked if

If there was an option for more than five stars, I would mr. Daniel did an amazing job with the amount of rude people he has to deal with He kept a very professional Very polite to smile on his face moving as fast as he could with a rush debt did not go away because it was an hour. A lady had him and got very nasty with him. Call Corporate, but go ahead and do what you gotta do because at the end of the day, they can look back at the cameras and see if he was on what he was supposed to and at the end of The transaction he still told her have a good day with a smile on his face she butted the whole line and I told her just go head She has to realize this is a restaurant and they are doing as fast as they can. They were all very polite and very nice. He definitely deserves a raise for a promo.

I come and get the same thing everytime. The chow mein was dry and tasted fake, i had no chicken with my string beans and the teriyaki chicken was full of fat that i had to keep pulling chunks out of my mouth. It all made me sick to my stomach because the flavor just was not how it normally is. Was very disappointed in the nasty attitude cashier/server Diamond for the lack of customer service and hospitality an disgusted with the Manager on duty, Marlon who almost refused a refund for trash food because he said i ate the food and of course i didnt want more of what made me sick. I had taken a few bites because how else would i know the food was nasty and it made me sick without eating it first?! It was still plenty food in the container and i really should be asking for my total refund because i had another party with me but their food wasn’t as disgusting. I do not recommend!!!

Would ordinarily rate at 5 stars based off previous visits, but tonight, 4 March 2018, the service was a bit slow, bathroom smelled funny, and was a bit messy.
Otherwise service is friendly. Food is prepared fresh before your eyes in a very clean, neat and tidy kitchen. The stuff tastes great.
Hopefully tonight’s experience was anomaly. Will revisit eventually and re-rate.

My wife and I attended this Panda Express in Rosedale Md, we hadn’t been there in a couple months. I am glad we did stop in because from the time we walked through the door we were greeted nicely, more than 1 server assisted us. We didn’t have to beg for extra portions of food, everything was fresh, everyone was pleasant and very courteous, place was clean as well. I hope this new staff stays there they are awesome.

There are plenty of seats in the seating area and ample parking spots. The food tastes consistent since it’s a chain restaurant. I would choose it over fast food.

I really DON’T PREFER to go to this location because every time I go through the drive thru I always seem to get the scraps of every bowl selection and I think that’s because the customer can’t see what’s being served until after the fact. I avoid going in to order because all you hear are customers complaining about their portions and selections. So to avoid the headache I’ve been going to another one that’s about 4 miles or so away even tho this location is in route to my house. Thought I would give them another try but clearly nothings changed ☹️

Ordered the Family Meal, chosing Honey Walnut Shrimp as one of my entrees. There is an upcharge mind you. See picture for what I received (I got this to go).
I called about the half full container, the manager says the policy is 21 pieces, that was 21 pieces. Be aware you’re paying for pieces and not volume, apparently.
I also didn’t get my egg rolls.
I doubt I’ll visit again.
