I Love Panda Express! It Hits The Spot Every Time. My Favorite Go To Restaurant is Reisterstown Plaza! They Are Amazing My Favorite Entree Is Double Walnut Shrimp W/ Vegetable Noodles Or Fried Vegetable Rice! I can Say, Never Go To The Harford Rd/ Parkville Location (I give them (1) only because they lift their hand. Smh! If I could give zero I would.., Went in on my lunch break today.. food looked horrible..! Needed to use the restroom One employee occupied the bathroom for 10 minutes.! When he came out.. stood in the middle of the floor ., ignoring the customers I waited patiently for him .. he finally got his self together I ask for vegetables I was told 3 minutes. But the cashier told me 3 minutes., 7 minutes ago .. the manager was cooking he was upset ., texting and preparing food at the same time.. 5 minutes later the vegetable are up .. I stood up in line but the tell guy started stocking up and making on line orders totally ignored me a customer who been waiting patiently for him to take my order.. the manager with the glasses was leaning on the counter texting..! I walked out they wasted 20 minutes of my lunch break..! went to another restaurant and received wonderful service… I went back in to speak with the manager who was not helpful.. he was in the corner at the drive throw window texting ..!!! I explained that I have limited time when I take a lunch break and the staff was not helpful.. he looked confused and was just nodding his head .. please never go here .. it’s was horrible.!

Food is just okay, depends in when you go and how long it’s been sitting.
There is an Asian guy there very skimpy with portions. As he loaded up a tray, and shorted me I told him to forget it and just walked out the door.
The Spanish at the store are better with fair portion sizes.

Haven’t been here in a couple yrs came on 10/27/25, The orange chicken was so hard it hurt my teeth, the teriyaki chicken had so much fat in it I had to keep taking fat out of my mouth.
There was no teriyaki sauce at all. White rice was bland because of the no sauce. & to top it off the sprite I ordered was flat its only 2pm why are your sodas already flat.
I won’t be returning waste of money .

Husband wanted for his birthday lunch was Panda Express. Oriana is such a sweetheart she just had a warmness to her. I wasn’t sure about the juice and she let me sample and gave a good recommendation of the watermelon mango. The food was good and fresh.

Long wait times. Noodles were dry. Egg rolls over cooked and burnt. I got food before work, got to work egg roll was so burnt and black looking. Once I got off I took it back with receipt, they gave me another which looked no better so I sent it back. They made me a fresh one and this what it looks like

It’s been a few times I went there throughout the years and the food wasn’t up to perfect standards. Just like anywhere else. But the thing is, right is right and wrong is wrong. Any time I’ve ever had any kind of issues with the freshness or quality of my food. They always correct that issue. That’s one thing I can say about Panda Express. They do honor their food satisfaction guarantee rule. If you’re not satisfied, and somethings wrong, unlike a lot of these fast food places that’ll sell you “trash food” and then harass you about saying something about the freshness and quality of what you’re paying for. Nobody wanna buy trash food. Times are too hard to be wasting your money on food that you’re not satisfied with or cannot consume. If that’s the case, I’d rather give that money to someone that really needs it. Because that’s all you’re doing is giving your money away…

Not a bad place to eat but for the love of God please clean your ice dispenser. That is foul and most likely why people get sick eating fast food
