The food tastes amazing as always! The service was very fast, professional and kind. I would like to give props to the worker at front named “Marvin” because though I had a difficult time deciding my meal choice, he was patient and not pushy. My favorite dish on the menu would be teriyaki because it’s always cooked so well and a great healthy protein choice! Will come back here for sure!

Had to do it. These guys have forgotten sauces every single time I order, and have forgotten a paid extra meat for the bigger plate 3 times. Today I am writing because I was being convinced to eat the wrong meal delivered to me. Ordered bigger plate with paid meet and cheese wonton. I got a 2 side plate, no premium meat, and no cheese wonton (missing one meat, one premium meat, and cheese wontons). When I called and asked for a refund someone tried to convince me “sorry but you still got some food, I can adjust it”. They even tried to convince me they put the cheese wontons in the bag (so they already know they messed up the orders). The reason for refund was not “because Panda messed up” but “because customer no longer wanted food”. I still want my food, I’m hungry! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, AVOID

I am a regular customer of panda express, my daughter loved their food, i have come back to back 3 times in 10 days here in Columbia location, their fried rice kind of raw , rice is not cook properly you can literally feel the rawness of rice hard and also white from inside, not sure if they change their recipe or new people, hopefully they can improve their service. Being a chef i know it’s happen sometimes but regularly is not acceptable.

Very clean, but the service and food were ok. Chow mein was dry & bland, and the cashier seemed annoyed when I asked her for a few red hot sauce packets- their noodles and rice are bland, I neeeeed the hot sauce to spice it up!
