One ding on the cleanliness of the restaurant, it was shortly after what was probably the lunch rush and it was a mess! There were very few clean tables to choose from. The food, however, was top notch. Fresh and hot! The new Chili Shrimp was tasty and I had my old standby Beijing Beef and Black Pepper Chicken. All were great. The noodles were so fresh and you could taste buttery flavor thruout them. A really great experience overall, just recommend cleaning up sooner/more often.

I would like to say the customer service while in the restaurant was great. Jacob L was very nice and was very welcoming! Now I get home and eat my food and their is a long black hair in my food and i call and they tell me that im wrong because no one has black hair that works there… the worker on the phone was very rude and refused to get me the manager. when i got the manager they was also very unpleasant to speak to.

They don’t answer their phone. Our group placed order at wrong location, realized it immediately after hitting send. Good food, good service. However the serving sizes here are the smallest I’ve ever known of a Panda Express, and I’ve eaten panda from the east coast to the west coast and including Hawaii, and consistently receive the smallest portions at this particular location.

I went to Panda to purchase dinner for my family and ordered 3 plates along with a child’s meal. Unfortunately, upon arriving home and preparing to serve the meal, I realized that 2 of the plates were missing the teriyaki chicken. I promptly contacted Panda to bring the issue to their attention, but unfortunately, I was hung up on. Subsequent attempts to reach them by phone were unsuccessful. Given the total cost of the order and my intention to treat my family, it is disheartening that they disregarded their mistake in this manner.

Although Panda Express has been around for years, this is the first time I’ve eaten there. The portions were huge, and the food was very tasty. The chow menu noodles were a bit dry, but I’m told that is the specific style of this restaurant. The Black Pepper Chicken and the Shanghai Angus Steak were perfectly prepared. I will stop there again. Very friendly staff.
