Just like the Q’doba in the food court, many people were hyped up about Panda Express being on base.
This is basically like any other Panda Express and has all of the regular stuff. I got orange chicken and Beijing Beef with lo mein. Everything wsd fresh and the chicken was nice and crispy. No complaints!

There was food coming off the grill. The food was fresh. We tried the 2 take out boxes of orange chicken, 1 box honey sesame, 2 boxes fried rice and we got the family meal for about 35 dollars. It came in such a cute box too. We will be back. Now if you are cutting back on sugar you may not want to eat. Thanks for everything

The all Hispanic crew y’all have at the end of the day must be stalking food because they do their best to barely put anything on your plate and won’t even make eye contact with you. The tall Hispanic guy is the main one I always see on his phone lounging around and is the most stingiest with the portions and if you say anything he’ll just try to say it’s double probs and give you another half scoop. Why would y’all hire local workers that don’t want to actually be here or service the people on this base. The sushi shop across the px is the only place you can get quality service and food as far as Asian food and it’s more expensive but much more worth your time and money.

I ordered a Beijing beef bowl recently and the chow mein and Beijing beef were fresh and really good! The customer service however, just the opposite. It’s like the workers were forced at gun point to work there. It felt like me ordering food there was a detriment to their time and life.

I have been to many Panda restaurants all over the states and by far Ft Meade is the worst. Poor attitudes and customer service. The staff don’t seem like they want to be there or want to help. Got negative vibes from them. They hardly communicated. Wanted to wait for a particular dish and it seemed like they did not want me to. When the dish came out instead of serving it, the person walked away to do something else. It was not busy. Needless to say I had to prompt her. Guess she didn’t like that and finally handed me my plates with gravy dripping down the sides. She did not care at all. Too bad I had already paid. Would have just walked away at that point without giving them anything. Food was just ok. Someone fix this location please! It’s a train wreck.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service my family and I received at the Panda Express on Fort Meade military installation. An employee serving food and a cashier were incredibly rude, impatient and disrespectful, as we got our food order. To make matters worse, the employees forgot to give my family fortune cookies and my children really wanted to receive one. I was very disheartened that the employee accused me of lying for not receiving a fortune cookie when I brought it to her attention. This was not only insulting, but also completely unprofessional. It’s not about the fortune cookie, but the integrity of the employee that she would call a customer a liar.
Once the employee stated that I was lying, I asked to speak with a manager, and the employee laughed in my face. At this point, I informed her that I was serious and she replied “I told you I was sorry.” This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially on a military installation where respect and professionalism are highly valued. As I spoke with the manager, she continued to laugh, further showing she has no regard for the service members or their families. As a military service member, this kind of treatment should not be tolerated. This is the total opposite of customer service.

Good food, for a quick bite. But some of the workers are a little rude and rushing you out even when there is no one else ordering or trying to get food. I asked for a bag for my food to go and the cashier threw my food into the bag causing the container to open and rice spilled out of the bag. When I asked for sauces for my teriyaki chicken they proceeded to roll their eyes at me and throw the sauces into the bag!
