I simply needed something to eat because I’m hungry and pregnant. The staff was pleasant and the food was meh. I noticed a large rat running around outside the window as I sat down to eat. It refused to leave the patio. It simply continued to run back and forth. This was the only restaurant on this side of the street, but I could just as easily blame another nearby eatery. I was utterly repulsed.

I like this location. The food is fresh and the service is pretty good. The restaurant looks and smells clean. The afternoon manager is efficient enough but he lacks the personality to attract new customers. Maybe he should smile more to encourage customers to return and bring others back with them.

It was very good environment. management is very nice & professional so as the team they helped out a lot with helping me decide in what new options I should get. The facility is very clean & the bathrooms are clean which is amazing considering a dirty bathroom is my pet peeve. I definitely recommend coming here for a great service!!!

I came inside on 1/8/2026 around 8PM. Whoever’s the female lead or supervisor was needs be fired ASAP. She’s very rude and unprofessional! She was rude to her staff and customers. I guess she was trying to prove she was in charge. She had us waiting for almost 25 mins while she was bossing everyone around. Then the food was cold. I got a Cub meal which I didn’t know came with only 4 walnut shrimp in it. So I asked the server if she could give me extra I will pay for it. She was new and didn’t know that she could give extra in a kids meal. Once I got the like that cashier basically said the same thing. So he asked her what he needed to do. She was very rude to him, then proceeded to dump my child food out and say I needed to buy the bigger meal if I wanted the extra shrimp. She then turned to the new employee and yelled at her for making a mistake. I was so pissed but I didn’t say anything just paid for the bigger one. I won’t be coming back here, customer service is everything to me. She makes Panda Express look really bad ! And her whole team was very miserable the whole time!!! She need to be a better leader! And set a better example for new employees.

I have gone through this drive-through multiple times and even gone in for pickup after making orders online …so I can go in and out…somehow their time management is off or they just dont respect the time of their customers. How can one be in a drive-through for 15-20 mins or wait to pickup for 5-10 mins. If you dont have enough staff, please hire…or set up a time system to monitor how fast workers respond to customers. If I have options in that area, I would avoid this location because wasting of time is perculiar to this location.

This is the third time I and my household have ventured to this location and had issues with our order. It mainly seems to happen in the drive-thru. Now I don’t know if its just cause its busy or human error but the service we experience from carry out and drive-thru is night and day.
Today we got a family pack order and asked for Grilled chicken teriyaki, Angus steak, and Orange Chicken with Lo Mein and Fried Rice. The Grilled chicken was damn near burnt through and through. The Lo Mein and fried rice were thrown together but we couldn’t tell until it was separated.

Just go to Chipotle. You get more food for your money. They’re stingy at this location. Especially for online orders. And they’re so slow to make them. They made their plates smaller as well. Not worth it.
