This review is strictly about shrinkflation! The container shrunk by 33% which means the portions shrunk significantly. No matter the size of the server spoons they will only fill the well provided. Panda Express did you learn anything from Chipotle? A good business is only as good as the desire for a customer to leave their home and CHOSE your establishment. The food, service or atmosphere review doesn’t matter if you are being deceitful. To use foolery to trick people tells your customers what you think about them. For this reason, all money is tight and character matters. You’ve lost it and now you are on the same list as Chipotle.

Panda Express definitely turned my night around! I came in super close to closing time, around 9:45 PM, and they just ran out of orange chicken. But the manager totally saved the day. He offered me teriyaki chicken instead, and it was amazing. He was so polite and generous that it really made my experience so much better. I wish I could give him 10 stars

I went on 8/9/2025 around 12:30PM. The good news is: Food is tasty, restaurant is clean, staff is friendly, they were also amply staffed, eating area is bright with many tables. Now for the bad. The portions are frustratingly small, they go heavy on the rice, and light on the protein. I ordered the honey walnut shrimp, which had a 17% upcharge, I was served nine shrimp. The meal tasted good but was not filling. I ended up needing to eat more (I weigh 155 lb) to satisfy my hunger once I got home. The rice made up a significant majority of the “bowl.” You can expect (1) to see “windows” of rice in between your protein (see picture) and (2) to still be hungry after buying a “bowl” for $11 after taxes. Also, if you order in English then you may need to repeat yourself, and ask the person taking your order to repeat themself. My server was a friendly woman but struggled to pronounce the word “orange” which made ordering “orange chicken” an interesting challenge.

If I could give 10 Stars I would!!! Manager KJ defines Customer satisfaction which is really rare nowadays. It was close to their closing time and he saw us and a line of customers behind us. He asked us what we were craving and started cooking our choices. Best Panda Express In town!

If you enjoy having diarrhea, come to this place. When I was in line, I literally watched the girl that was serving my food take her wedgie out and serve the food without any gloves on. The chicken that was served to us look raw and brown. Don’t recommend coming here unless you love sitting in the bathroom for hours. My wife and I had stomach pain right after eating here. I will be calling the health department on them.

All of the employees are very pleasant, they hire the right people here.
There’s an employee here by the name of KJ who just makes the experience even better, you almost want to go here just to see him if you’re having a bad day. Lol, no seriously he’s that pleasant, he has a very sweet, accommodating, very happy, and genuine personality that is just contagious. Just wow, from o-100 , i would give him a 1000 stars… i would. Thank you so much KJ.

My hubby brought me a plate with half white rice/ half vegetables, orange and sweet fire chicken. The chicken was great except for the last piece, which was very old, and couldn’t be chewed. The vegetables were awful. I wanted just 4 or 5 pieces of broccoli. The lady serving him refused the request. Instead, I got a side with lots of cabbage, a little broccoli, and some leafy greens. The broccoli was mostly old, and so were the leafy greens. They were mostly olive in color instead of bright green when fresh, and the whole vegetable side was overly salty. If people don’t want the vegetables, they should be discarded and not sit there to get old looking and tasting. This should also be balanced and not mostly cabbage. And she put so much on the plate that half was under my chicken, which ended up being a smaller than normal portion size.
Finally, the servers need to be friendlier instead of rude. I am not sure I want to go back to this restaurant. I never have issues like that at the Woodbridge location.

The woman with glasses named Lily seems to be always in a bad mood; she’s not friendly at all. She needs to be nicer, seriously! Also, this woman at this place says that each type of meat has extra charges. You need to put up a sign listing the prices for each type of meat at this place, indicating which ones are included in the regular price of the dish and which ones have extra charges.
