While waiting for new tires on my car at the nearby Costco Tire Center, I walked to Panda Express for lunch. Around 1pm, it was busy, but the line moved fast. Service was friendly despite customers not and the space was clean. White rice with their famous orange chicken is always the right move. Cups for water are free.

I went to this location they didn’t have noodles ready we had to wait five minutes and then the line got really long so we went elsewhere. The people in the back brought a big thing of rice though when there was plenty of rice…. They move slow as molasses. They don’t have WiFi available for rewards and it’s a dead zone for Verizon. They were putting to go orders as priority over customers who were waiting. Put the fries in the bag

We drove into DC today for to visit the downtown monuments and museums. On our way out of the city we picked up dinner at Panda Express. The restaurant was clean but there was a long line/long wait. There seemed to be a lot of online orders and the staff was trying to help the line and prepare the other orders for pick up. The line didn’t move quickly which was disappointing but the food was good. The rice was fresh and the noodles were as well. All of the food was tasty and what you would expect from Panda Express.

Arrived between 7-8pm and two of the entrees that I ordered I had to wait for. So much food on the line wasn’t ready. Kung pow chicken was mostly peanuts. Chicken and mushrooms were ok. The staff was very friendly but the portions were small at least mine was compared to what I saw going out the door. Very inconsistent. You would think they would be generous since I had to wait for my food. My double side of vegetables seemed like only half. Big problem. I’ll have to stop going.

I had such a great experience at Panda Express thanks to Cynthia! She’s super friendly, welcoming, and always has a positive attitude. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and works hard to make sure everyone is taken care of. She goes above and beyond, and it really makes a difference. Cynthia is definitely one of the reasons I’ll keep coming back!

This place is very unwelcoming and serving staff are clearly not trained in hospitality. The body language and slow moving says it all “I am just here wasting time on the clock”. I asked a questioned and stated what I wanted. It was obvious the server was not listening once I asked why she had placed certain items on my plate. (I suggest management go back and watch the video. Maybe I missed something) Then the server, who already had shut down, completely quits on my order. No explaination. There was a new server who picked up the plate to continue. At this point, I was confused. Then at the register I had to pay an addition fee?? On top of it all, there was a woman who walked in and started begging for money. Even had her children individually panhandling folks. This even after their meal was bought for them. This is another place which needs to just shut down. Whoever manages this location should be ashamed of its hiring practices. The negative reviews here on Google are dead on. The positive reviews are no way legit.

Did not fulfill order of 2 bigger plates and one bowl bought for pickup. Came home and one of the plates was missing the teriyaki chicken, the other entree. 2 entrees and 1 side is a plate but I bought it as a bigger plate for my mobile order.

Customer service was terrible , I come to this location all of the time & today for some reason I guess its knew staff , the young Hispanic girl
Was very rude to me , She rolled hers eyes, she didn’t properly prepare my order . The Hispanic guy behind me was politely greeted and accommodated but because I’m not Hispanic I was treated so rudely. I never had this problem at this location . I’m very disappointed . The food also was not at its best the honey walnut shrimp was burnt . Being a Chef myself this was totally unacceptable.

This location is the closest to my house and so I am always rooting for it but unfortunately lately the service hasn’t been great. So although the location closes at 930pm they stop cooking food way before so that by 830pm there is nothing left. I mean I get it, when it’s close to closing some things are running out and not worth cooking a whole new batch but it’s like they refuse to give you good service because they are “over it” and ready to go home…they get paid their full salary until 930pm so the customer expect good service till the second they close, and that includes having almost everything on the menu. When I visited today there was a long line and they had like 4 items in the menu….. things didn’t look fresh I’ll give it another shot and I hope they can terms themselves.

Very negative experience with this store. I come here frequently and do an order pick up at least once a week. I never have an issue. On 7/29/2025, I came to pick up my food and the employee refused to give it to me without an ID. My phone has no reception where the store is located, so I couldn’t load up the email to show my order. However, I said both my first and last name and also provided my charge for the food on my phone. The employee embarrassed me in front of all of the customers and refused to give me my food. She gave it to me once I showed my ID. According to the mobile order function on the Panda Express app, it says that you just need to state that you have a mobile order and say your name (which I did). But the employee decided to be extra as if I was stealing food.
My order was not a DoorDash order and it was done through the Panda Express app. On top of that, I was ignored for several minutes while waiting to pick up my food at the mobile order pick-up section of the store. I will not be going to this location anymore. I provided a screenshot of where it says to just say your name to get your order.
