First time going to a Panda Express. I have to admit, I was very impressed. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. You get a lot for your money. There is a good variety of meats, ranging from chickens and shrimp. You can choose from rice or noodles. Highly recommend getting the “Bigger Plate” since it’s just a couple dollars more and you get a lot more food. The restaurant was clean and organized and the service was great. The woman, Krystal, who served us was very friendly. She allowed us to sample some food beforehand and she even came to our table while we were eating to see how everything was. I will definitely be coming back, and highly recommend coming here if you like Chinese or Asian food.

I was down in Dover for work and was craving the new Harmonious Macros plate. I frequent the Middletown location and figured I’d find the nearest Panda to sooth the craving. Hindsight, I should have driven the hour to go to Middletown…
To start off the guy behind the counter had no idea what the macros plate was even with multiple signs about it around him. I ordered, he looked confused, figured it out and I was lucky enough to get the tail end of the super greens. it consisted of watery kale and spinach, no broccoli. The teriyaki chicken was very chewy. The beef had the texture as if it was boiled and what broccoli I did get with it was basically raw. To top if off the guy throws my container into the bag vertically, spills some of the watery meat juice all in it but at least he noticed his snafu and was kind enough to double bag it for me…I got to my office with a soggy container filled with a sad excuse for $10.50. I gave 2 stars just because there was a nice employee who opened the door for me.

Disgusting. We went to eat there around noon on 02/05/2026. The staff member that served us couldn’t even pretend to be happy to be there. He slapped our food on the tray and shoved it and the cup at me. Then as my husband was eating his food, he pulled a long hair out of his mouth. We will never be back and the staff should be fired.

My boyfriend and I go to this location often enough to say we regulars. We really like the food and Krystal is always very kind to us and everyone she speaks to. You can tell she takes pride in her customer service and we really enjoy chatting with her. Another employee on the other hand. Madisyn, truly makes us not want to get food when we see she is working. She is always rude, every single time. There has not been a time where she has been nice. She usually is on the register when we encounter her. She throws the stuff on the tray, doesn’t even barely look up to say hello, and never says anything back when I say thank you. There have been several transactions where literally not a word was exchanged. But after we walk away, she cuts up with her co-workers. I get it, we all have bad days, but she clearly hates her job.

I love panda express. It’s always fast and delicious. I’ve never had a problem here. My orders are always correct. The establishment is very clean and the workers are nice. The honey sesame chicken and walnut shrimp is so good! I don’t know which is better. I normally get the bigger plate, it comes with 3 entrees and a side. I got the honey sesame chicken, orange chicken and the honey walnut shrimp, with fried rice. It was very good.

Thank you crystal for the great customer service! She was so attentive! Food was amazing! Seeing into the inside of the kitchen and let me tell you that kitchen is very clean one! This was my second visit here in this location! Very clean and organized store!

I always pass this place and finally got to try it. Clean and neat place. Service was good and I enjoyed the food. I meant to save some for the next day but I just kept eating till it was gone . I will definitely come back I noticed some food was missing so I’ll have to try and get those on my next trip. I do recommend this place if you have not tried.
