It’s been years since I had food from Panda. Wasn’t expecting much but low expectations generally lead to a good outcome.
Pretty impressed with the Beijing Beef & Walnut Shrimp. Flavorful & good texture.
PROS:
1) good ingredients & quality
2) good selection & variety
3) reasonable prices
5) quick service
CONS:
1) food is precooked
2) food is sitting out in open for 15-30 minutes
3) many entree items were unavailable or seemed very dry
Need more quality control to achieve 5 stars…

Young man LOGAN helped swipe a permanent customer from the Chipotle next door. From the moment I walked in, he was inviting, pleasant to talk to, enthusiastic about his work and prompt with his service. I paid him a compliment and gratitude for offering to explain the different choices in food and he said I’m a person just like you which was awesome because you never know when someone is spending their last for a meal. I work hard for my money and won’t think twice about spending it here when I’m hungry again. Great job Logan! Stay down to earth and relatable to your guests as it is hard to come by this level of customer service l, especially in this economy.

I frequent this Panda. The food is always fresh. I have seen the staff check the temperature of the dishes. The vegetables are crisp and fresh. I had the Firecracker Shrimp on this visit, it was great! The staff are always friendly too! Sadaja dished out my choices today and is always smiling and helpful! Be careful of the peppers, they add great flavor but may be too much if you eat one. The restroom is very clean too which is important.

Pass on dining at this location after 7 pm. Waste of your money as no refund is given if you happen to dine on their over cooked serving night. Food trends to be very dry!! Noodles rubbery & stiff on this visit. Honey chicken hard barely any meat to it and it is extremely dry. I’m not one to ask for refund but store credit would be nice I’ll give it to one of the kids in college lol but Nooo refund?!? She offered me a phone number to call I waited 15 minutes and she never brought me the phone number but wanted to take the food back from me too throw out. Wait what? No refund but you want non eaten food back? Hell no, never again, save your money people. I don’t care how good it may be, keep going.

Stand alone Panda Express along the strip of many fast casual and fast food restaurants by the airport. Teriyaki chicken was more bland, but at least the mushroom chicken and orange chicken were good.

This is my first time having Panda Express and honestly I wasn’t impressed not sure if they don’t get customers so they just let the food sit for hours or something bug the chicken was good the noodles were dry just plain off dry noodles and the rice was hard not sure if I should re try it when they first open or something but I’d much prefer sukihana .

I’m so happy to see that this Panda Express is finally open, so much closer to home. My girl and I have kept our eyes on this one for a while now, waiting for the opening day. Driving up to the front entrance we see that they offer outdoor seating but…… it’s very minimal; I was hoping for more outdoor seating.
As you take a walk into the restaurant, there was a small like but that’s all expected when something new opens. The team was working hard to make sure all orders were taken care of and fresh food was presented every 5-10min. If you’re new to Panda Express like I was a couple of months ago, while you wait in line they have a monitor that shows you what size of plates they offer, the type of meat you can chose and then the sides. Everything was reasonably priced, and they offer chopsticks!
Onto the food; I had ordered The Plate which comes with two entrees and one side. I asked for Kung Pao Chicken, Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, and my side was half and half (rice and chow mein). I loved how they asked me if I’d like more Teriyaki sauce on my chicken, YES PLEASE! The flavor was there, the Kung Pao Chicken had a nice kick to it, the grilled chicken was perfect and so much taste to it, the fried rice was at a good consistency; not over cooked or under cooked, and for the chow mein….. It was still a little on the dry side, but to me that’s almost expected at every Panda Express. If you mix it with the Teriyaki sauce it’s great but alone you won’t be satisfied.
Overall our experience at Panda Express was great! The service was good, even though the line was a good wait, the food was delicious, the restaurant was a bit chilly.

Food was disgusting. I usually love coming to this restaurant but I don’t know what happened today. My vegetables tasted like pure salt I came home rinsed them multiple times and still tasted like salt. My steak was dry and salty. My noodles were dry and no taste. My orange chicken were salty and tasted like vinegar. My rice was tasteless. I wasted my money, I couldn’t get more than 2 bites. Horrible experience. I don’t think I’ll be able to eat here ever. I feel so nauseous. My husband tried the food and agree that it was bad. We had to throw away the food. I also told the guy I didn’t want a side of noodle but he went and gave me one. I wish I would have been more stern and repeat my no because it was disgusting. I wish I could return it. It was awful!
