I had never been to a Panda Express and was excited to go and I wasn’t disappointed! I got a bowl meal and was shocked that it was only $8. You get a side and an entree. Food was good, service was quick as the food is set up like a hot bar. Employees were great and I was grateful for multiple seating options!

Placed my order 20 minutes in advance to finally get there, be told something will be done in two minutes. Waited the next 25 minutes for them to even start cooking it. When I asked the substitute that they did, but then held my plate behind the counter for another three minutes and then gave me my food. In the top of it all off, they ran out of forks. I’m never the one to complain about the food industry, but this was just not it.

And there is a huge parking problem outside and a guy working on a closed crane is not even looking at us and the delivery time is only 10 minutes or so to be ready and we are waiting here for more than 30 minutes. I am not getting any parking outside today. No one is getting any good parking. The delivery guy is the one who is closed and inside there is a black guy who is very rude to us.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Panda Express location.
Last night, my young daughter urgently needed to use the bathroom, and the staff refused to let her use it simply because she didn’t buy anything. She was with her dad and aunt at the time, and everyone in the restaurant was shocked and upset by how she was treated.
Denying a child the bathroom is not only unprofessional — it is inhumane, unsafe, and shows a complete lack of basic compassion. No employee or manager stepped in to correct the situation. Instead, they acted rude and dismissive.
If the staff and management at this location cannot show the slightest decency to a child in distress, then they should not be in customer service. The food quality has gone downhill, the service is terrible, and the attitude from the employees is unacceptable.
I will never return to this location, and I will be reporting this incident to Panda Express corporate. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated, and the entire staff needs retraining immediately.

I’ve been here several times since they opened, let me tell you, this place stays busy! I don’t think there’s ever been a time I’ve come by and the place wasn’t poppin. That said, the staff is always very friendly, and usually give generous portions when possible. It’s difficult to keep the food 100% stocked when it stays so busy, but understand that they try their best and do a very good job of bringing us the freshest food available, every time.

Did not give my $7.50+change. The first thing you hand someone is receipt and change not take money get food hand over food. I have the feeling that is not the first time and y’all play around way too much in there. This is why I don’t come downtown. It’s become so ghetto. Smh

Employees seem confused that my order was a pick up online order and that I was not an Uber driver or a door dasher. Asked for confirmation on my phone and then when I showed them, the confirmation said that they needed my phone number also. I gave my name when I first entered. Order was also not ready, in the time promised had to wait 10 minutes for other people who were ordering in the store. What’s the point of ordering on the app if I still have to wait for others in the store
