This location has always been one that we would rather go inside and order our food rather than go through the drive thru. The restaurant is always really clean and the atmosphere inside is laid back and the vibe is welcoming. The way it’s setup with an open air kitchen, is hopefully the future of fast food kitchens. It makes it easier to be satisfied with knowing your food is being prepared in a clean facility and you can see the people who are actually cooking your food and there’s no hiding what they’re doing back there… You can clearly see all the employees while they’re actually preparing the food your about to purchase. If you want something special like white rice they’ll prepare it for you while you wait. The staff is helpful and very friendly. The only thing I could complain about is when you purchase the family meal, fountain drinks are extra which is kinda ridiculous seeing as how your paying for a family meal. Most places you go, a “meal” includes drinks.

The service was great, but Panda Express food is just unpleasant. I’ve tried it a few times, and the noodles have always been try. The spring roll and crab rangoons were disappointing. The best thing here is probably the honey walnut shrimp. Otherwise it’s on par with- or worse than- bottom dollar food court Chinese. My wife says food court Chinese is much better.

I got here late about 9pm. They didn’t have the meat i wanted but were willing to make it. The staff were all courteous. While I waited, I got to see this great crew at this location doing some of their cleaning. They did by far the best, most thorough job cleaning of everything. I was totally impressed with how clean this location was and how great this crew and manager did tonight!

We went in and we’re looking at the menu. Young lady at the register kept rushing us to pick something. We weren’t familiar with the menu that’s why we were taking so long. There was no one behind us in line so we felt we had time to really see what we wanted. Finally chose something .Once we sat down to eat, it was a little disappointing the food was actually cold. It did taste good but if it’s sitting in those warmers they should make sure that everything is at a good temperature.

Went through drive through, at the window the lady wasn’t understanding sauces duck sauce and teryaki I was asking for. And for a $20 portion was not worth it and seemed like a rip off, I got way more rice and 5 pieces of chicken. Definitely not worth the money and nowhere near filling. Chicken was flavorless and soggy.

Delicious food. I always ask for teriyaki sauce to add on top of my chow mein-to keep the noodles from being so dry. The sauce is also good on the meats. Beijing beef is a little spicy but tastes well. Sometimes the grilled chicken isn’t well done 🙁 or cooked to my satisfaction…

Manager was the most rude person I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I asked for a bag for leftovers and after being ignored she gave me the dirtiest look and threw the bags at me. The food was stale and cold and the prices were high. Not recommended!

I bit into my food and there was a metal pen tip in it. I nearly cracked a tooth! I looked closer, and I noticed that there were other internal parts of a pen and ink all through the food. I called the store, and the manager (jasmine) didn’t even apologize. She just said if I come back (30 min drive) they could remake it. Ummm..No, I’ll pass now and forever more, thanks.
