Food was good. Not overly salty like some Asian take out places. Wish they had sauces out to choose from. You have to ask but no big deal. Place is beautifully decorated. Manager at the time was a younger woman very nice and accommodating. Will be coming back. Forgot to do my survey on receipt for extras. It’s a 2 day time frame I believe..

Update: love the orange chicken

Hello, today I stopped in after driving four hours, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When I entered, there were only two people in front of me, but one customer ordered about four boxes, which took nearly 10 minutes. Not once did anyone acknowledge me or say, “I’ll be with you shortly,” which is basic customer service.
What concerned me immediately was that almost all the food pans were empty. When it was finally my turn to order, I asked for two plates. One item would have been quick, but the teriyaki chicken—which was clearly in high demand—was still thawing out. Even the staff couldn’t give an accurate wait time. They initially told me six minutes, but that time passed with no update.
At this point, I had already been waiting over 20 minutes, starving, and so were my kids. I told the staff member that if I waited, I needed to be prioritized since I was already waiting for the chicken. She seemed unsure of what to do and appeared to lack basic customer service and problem-solving skills.
Nearly every food dish was empty, and it was clear the store was not prepared for guests or managing food rotation properly. After almost 30 minutes with no food ready and no clear communication, I walked out. I ended up driving home hungry and frustrated because the entire experience ruined my appetite.
This situation shows a major need for training—both in customer service and in keeping up with food demand. Staff should know how to handle situations where food is low, and customers should never have to wait that long without acknowledgement or clarity.

Food is good as always, but service wasn’t the best. I had some nasty girl take mine and my lady’s order and it felt as if she was rushing us out the door and was bothered by her choice of career. Since I’m writing this review I just also wanna put in If there’s a popular choice of protein maybe you guys should make double of it to be prepared or be nice if someone is willing to wait for the next batch to be done.

Brand new location, with some good eats. Overall, I was surprised to see how little seating there was inside, but they are turning tables over quickly and with the casual ordering line I was pretty happy with quality of food. for less than two weeks and it seems like there’s a number of people checking them out. While they’re drive-through lane is a little tough to find it’s very convenient.

HIT, OR MISS!

Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is what I mean with “Hit, or miss”! Towards the beginning, when they first opened, the food was amazing, fresh, and hot. I went back months later, and it was the same. Another couple of months passed by, and I went back. It was a disaster. The food was dry, not flavorful and somewhat cold. My kids didn’t like their Chow Mein, which is what they usually ever get and like from Panda Express in general. I went back last week, and they have improved a lot. I wonder if it’s the cheddar who’s on shift for the food experience, but this last time, they had cooked smaller batches, which made everything I ordered fresh.

Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The staff so far I have no complaints about. They’re nice. They greeted me as I entered, and they communicated well about possible wait times in advance.

Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’d still give this Panda Express a 3 stars because it’s a very clean establishment, location is great, tons of parking, and because the staff is nice. But yeah, the food, like I said already, is really just a hot or miss, and I hope they can work on and improve this!

Ordered delivery- got the family order and each box was only filled half way! Also the delivery person forgot both of our drinks. The last time I went in person I was made to wait 20 minutes even though I had a pick up order. The customer service is not there- very disappointing.

Fresh, delicious food and excellent customer service every time. The staff is always friendly and efficient—especially the team members: Anna, Kesa, Vanessa, Brit, Dilan and Juan who go above and beyond. Great experience overall!

I just came here to grab a quick bite since it’s so close to Six Flags. The place is very small, with not enough seating, and the tables weren’t clean—I had to wipe mine down myself (thankfully I had wet wipes).

I ordered fried rice with walnut honey shrimp and crab Rangoon. Apparently, there’s a rule that you can only get 7 walnut honey shrimp—mind you, each one is barely an inch long. Sad little shrimps I only received 4 pieces (which I noticed after I sat down).

The container they gave me? Was bigger than the portion of rice I received. I’m Hispanic, and I can tell how old rice is just by tasting it. This rice was incredibly dry, and the grains were short and hard. It honestly tasted like the mystery rice they used to serve in middle school cafeterias. It looked and tasted like they just threw some plain white rice in a bowl and mixed in some veggies—there was nothing fried about it. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was two-day-old rice left out on the counter without a cover.

Now the crab Rangoon if you can even call it thatwas another slap in the face. Three tiny pieces, barely filled, and the one that actually had anything inside tasted like expired mayonnaise. I’m honestly not sure what I ate, but I regret every bite

I came with seven people, so I spent a decent amount of money on the meal. I was shocked at how long the line was. I recommend everyone skip this place and go to a legit Chinese or Spanish restaurant to taste how rice and crab Rangoon should taste.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone even if my life depended on it. Matter fact This place is an embarrassment

Today was my second time going to this panda express. The first time was terrible but I figured I would give it a second chance since it is the closest one. I received the same exact service I did the first time. The food took a very long time to come out with no warning or anything. They took 25 minutes after I ordered in the drive thru and no one came to the window to let me know. The first time I came, I did dine in. The lines weren’t very long but even after 30 minutes of waiting in line, I had to wait more for my food to be ready after paying for the food. The food tasted stale and undercooked, the tables and floor were disgusting. I would expect less if it wasn’t a brand new restaurant. For me to say this is the worst panda express i’ve ever been to is an understatement. Extended waits, terribly cooked food, small portions and terrible customer service.

Side note for the pictures: The bowl was not opened and the bigger plate was after one bite.

This was my first time going to Panda Express, and probably was my last. I ordered a plate with chow mein and teriyaki chicken. The lady who was putting the food in the container touched the noodles that were hanging out of the container with her bare hands. She was trying to put the hanging noodles into the box. I asked to have the order remade because she touched the food with her bare hand. Had a bit of an attitude after I asked to have it remade. While I was waiting for more chow mein to be put out, I saw the lady finally put gloves on.
