Hard to say if this is a good location. Flavor was very good but they lack customer service. When we went in it was empty. There was no beef it the BEEF w/broccoli. We were told they would get more right away and tell us. It never happened. Then, we noticed they took forever to complete new order and a 10 person line formed… after being empty… that’s how slow they employees were. They need management. Again, good food but bad service.

Totally surprised about how much I liked the food and the amount of food you get for the money. I had the big plate and was not able to finish it all. The photo is of the orange chicken, black pepper steak and the Beijing steak with a side of chop suey.

If there is a 0 grade option, I would do that! Today, I ordered a family feast, and one of them is the steak. Guess what I got when I opened it? I only get less than half of the box full!!! Same as the vegi! Never go there again! Worst experience ever!

let me start this by saying i love this place usually and eat there all the time when i order in store no issues. however mobile order is a disaster. the first time i did mobile i waited more than 20 minutes (and that was after i had placed the order 15 minutes prior). that wasn’t long after they opened so i just chalked it up to that. tonight however i waited an HOUR for my mobile order, after asking 3 separate times for an update, i was finally given my food..made it to the car to realize it wasn’t actually my order. i ended up having to cancel the appointment i had that caused me to do a mobile order in the first place because i was pressed for time. the staff didn’t really have much to say about it but i left extremely upset and frustrated, i’m not trying to be unreasonable but what was even the point of doing a mobile order, if not for the convenience of a quick up? and waiting an hour just to get someone else’s food is just not acceptable.

So I just went to get some food the person that’s in the front we asked how long on certain foods because they didn’t really have much of anything available I wanted to get a bigger plate meal but what’s the point when all you really have is orange chicken and certain seafood that I’m allergic too. We asked if they are making anything else she didn’t really have a response besides it’s done for the day I asked what time do they close she said around 9pm I decided before leaving to check online what time they close and they close at 930 so seems like the employee doesn’t really have the correct information but you could tell right away that she didn’t really want to help out with anything. I usually come here a good amount but maybe I should go elsewhere.

I suppose it was a decent amount of food for the price, but it wasn’t really all that “fresh” tasting (and barely warm). I’d always wanted to try Panda Express and now I can say I’m good with once.

Been here more than a few times since they opened. So happy to have them. Food is always good and consistent , staff is always friendly , helpful and fast. Place is always clean.

Went in a little worried there was going to be a crowd since this place just opened up. It was a little busy but I was in and out in under 10 minutes it was amazing! Staff is super helpful and nice and the steak and shrimp is delicious! Tastes like the shrimp was freshly grilled or something because there was a good char on it. Will be heading there again tonight for dinner because I convinced my boyfriend to try the steak and shrimp too. It’s been YEARS since I’ve eaten Panda Express and having one close by to me is amazing. Food tastes just as great as I remembered. Probably even better. For anyone who’s never had Panda Express, all I can say is that it’s less “greasy” than your traditional Chinese takeout. Not sure if that makes sense but that’s how I would describe it. But the food there is great. You’ll definitely find something there you’ll end up liking. Good selection with having Panda Express, Starbucks, and five guys right next to each other. What they need to add in the future is a Halal guys. I have to drive almost an hour to the nearest one lol.
