I ordered the bigger plate with fried rice and 3 portions of original orange chicken from the drive thru. I noticed I had large chunks of chicken. When I sliced one open I saw little to no chicken. This is example of quantity over quality and trying to deceive customers. I paid roughly $16 for this meal with a drink and it was underwhelming and unprofessional. I recommend customers to avoid this restaurant on route 22 until there is a complete change of quality and proper care for customers.

Today I stopped by to eat at 5:30pm, I was starving cause I didn’t have lunch. I usually eat there after my work and never had any complaints, but today It was very very bad! I ordered Chow main, black pepper steak and shrimp honey Cajun , everything was going well until I eat the first shrimp, and I noticed that the favor was a kind of different, weird, but I kept eating, at the end I started to eat the remaining shrimps so I noticed a shrimp that wasn’t cooked together ♂️, so I realized that the flavor wasn’t good because the shrimp first wasn’t clean, I noticed poops from the shrimp and not cooked shrimp, I am very disappointed with that and if I get sick I’ll fill a lawsuit against this restaurant.

What a great location! I was only there for a short meal, but it was obvious in that time that everyone was working hard and paying attention to detail.
Everyone was extremely nice and also efficient. I saw someone walking around making sure that trash was ok, and picked up a few things off the floor.
Clearly, there’s something good here in the culture, whether that is due to the workers, management, owner, training, incentives, or whatever else may be.
I also really appreciate that they had my Beyond orange chicken, which is the reason that I came in the first place on the way home from the airport.

Food is fresh and delicious. However, they don’t Mention the up sell Until it’s time to pay and then you realize what’s the price difference for. Then you tell you all this was extra that was extra. You need to say that before you get to the counter, Or before you order. Other than that food is accommodating.

A very busy spot, they have great food and while they didn’t fill the small box up (apparently the boxes were the rice boxes instead of the true meat/veggie ones), it’s by far simple comfort Chinese food. Consistent and delicious orange chicken.

I would like to express my disappointment with my recent visit to Panda Express. I arrived at the location around 9:00 PM, where I stood in line for five minutes without being greeted, despite three employees being present behind the counter. When I was finally acknowledged, I placed my order for a Bigger Plate with Mushroom Chicken, Orange Chicken, and Honey Walnut Shrimp on the side. However, I was left waiting another five minutes before anyone even began preparing my order. Once my food was bagged and I paid, I left, only to discover an hour later—after driving to work—that my order was completely wrong. Instead of what I requested, I received Sesame Chicken and Orange Chicken with fried rice. This was frustrating and disappointing, as I paid $16 for a meal I could not even eat. There is no point in asking customers what they would like only to disregard their request. This location urgently needs to focus on staffing and properly training employees to prioritize accuracy and customer service.
