I frequent Panda Express. This panda was not a happy panda. Serving portions were less than normal. Fountain drink machine broken. No alternative for refill drinks. The cashier attitude was poor. Last time I will eat here. But will continue to visit other Panda Express.

While the food was good my experience with the employees and duration it takes for the food to get ready is extremely slow. The last time we were there it took approximately 30 minutes waiting in the restaurant for the food to get ready and we ordered online in advance! The employees are not very helpful if responsive at all. This place absolutely does not respect most customers.

Im never again buying food from here! Everytime I order food from here is a gamble. Sometimes the food is just the way its supposed to be and today whoever the cheff was at 01/04/25 @8:30pm the food was horrible. Noodles werent cooked right the chicken wasnt right and like always they forget my fortune cookies! This was the last day I ordered panda rather take my money somewhere else. If only they can have competent workers its not that hard.

i dined in with family. the workers were really a pain in the butt. the place was very dirty and the atmosphere was very depressing. The food was one of the worst panda express’s I have tasted. Finally the soda machine was not working.

The new crispy sesame shrimp and beef was really good. I had some orange chicken, super greens and chow mein along with it, and it was all so delicious. The staff were amazing too. I recommend going there if you haven’t already.

First time Panda Express yesterday, I got bad experience.
I ordered big tray and get delicious foods. Staff was very nice and kinds. Foods was delicious and yummy. Very reasonable price and good for my dinner.
However, when I opened my small box, I founded long hair. I could’t believe it. I thought it was from my spring bean, but it was real hair.
I could’t finished it.

Food was ok, some of it good and some of it ok, got two plates with Kung pao chicken, chicken mushroom, black pepper chicken and angus beef. These were great but fires rice was not at edible even after putting their soya sauce and hot sauce, completely tasteless, same goes with the noodle, felt like they forgot to cook for 30 more seconds and missing the taste, giving 2 stars only as I do not want to put a too much negative review, but Panda Express was one of my first places to go whenever we are hungry.
Update: my wife also updated saying she got her tummy upset, I already had this but doubtful, changing to 1star.

Go for bigger plate instead of plate, you’ll get a one more entree just for an additional 1.5$, plate with 2 entrees is $10 and bigger plate with 3 entrees is $11.5, good portions but it depends on who is serving, taste wise Newport mall Panda Express is better than this. Ample parking space.

Came here a few times when it first opened when it was close to my everyday commute but I haven’t been back in ages. Stopped by for takeout recently and it felt nostalgic. Service is friendly and fast as usual. Food is good for what it is and it’s a decent value.
