I can’t remember if I’ve actually ever had Panda Express before. Perhaps as a young kid at a mall somewhere? Well this most recent time, I ordered because there was a deal for a BOGO plate. Otherwise, I don’t think I would actually order from here.

Don’t waste your time going here. They handed out these following coupons in mail. It’s a new restaurant so I wanted to give it a try so I called them at noon to order for a delivery. The representative told me the coupons can not be used for delivery must come to the restaurant either on your phone (picture with QR code) or bring a physical coupon. So I didn’t order. On the same day at 8pm, I called them on my way back from the gym to try it out (this representative also told me I can use the coupon on my phone). I drove to the restaurant and asked the cashier at the time if I can use the coupon on my phone and she said yes so I started ordering. When the food was packed, this older mid aged hispanic female worker came out and told me I can’t use it. She refused furiously when I asked her if she can just scan the QR code. I was so frustrated because I called them three times in a same day to confirm! That mid-age worker should be fired, it’s either she is incapable of customer service of the management is highly unprofessional. Until there is a change I will not be going back here. I do not recommend this location to anybody.

I went in for an interview with Aliana the manager. After the interview she said she would send me an email. I called 2 days after to check for an update and she said she would send the email just for the email to say that I wasn’t selected for the position. I called to ask why I didn’t qualify and she said because it seems like I’m indecisive about what I want to do. When she asked me about college I told her I didn’t know what major I wanted to choose. What does that have to do with the job? I made it clear that my intentions are to work & focus on working for the better of my future. She also said I didn’t come presentable I don’t know if she was expecting me to walk in with a suit and tie to Panda Express but I wore a plain white shirt with plain jeans with no holes in them. I just feel like I was discriminated.

Dine in tables were filthy with leftover trash from other people eating, service was AWFUL, thanks to the team member Scarlet. She had a very snappy attitude when it came to getting my order. She will talk rudely in spanish behind your back, horrible first time here

Unfortunately I had a very negative experience at this specific branch. The workers were extremely rude and did not provide me with proper assistance. If that was not bad enough, the food was extremely raw and nauseating. I am very dissatisfied with my experience and believe this branch should be improved heavily
