It was our first time getting food at Panda. They are still a no-contact restaurant, so you have to call your order in. I didn’t know this until I went to the restaurant. But I was able to order and sit in my car to wait. The woman said it would be 10 minutes and it was done in about 8. She called me, I went inside to pay and pick up.

The food here is good and they are quick when you put in an order. I’m not entirely sure why there are people complaining about the workers there. They are all nice and I’ve never had an issue with them. The people who gave a 1 star are most likely lying for whatever reason.

Not a good place to go because they’ll give you what they want to give you then argue with you that that’s what you ordered! They’re rude and will never give you an apology for what they’ve done wrong even though they look on their recording and see that what you said was right and what they said was wrong. That’s no way to conduct business in my book. Half the time we’ve found they’re never open when they should be anyway.

I would give no stars if I could but the people who work there are so full of hatred. Their food used to be amazing years ago, but since the new management took over, they are rude, food is awful and will call the cops on anyone. We also saw rats there crawling on the ground into the kitchen. Be cautious going there.

Convenient to us. Not our favorite Chinese restaurant, but it will do in a pinch. Pepper steak is good. Crab rangoons are good. Egg drop soup is NOT good. Too thin and no flavor.

Last time I ate here was 2-3years ago, yesterday I ordered and there was a miscommunication/language barrier, no big deal, simple mistake even though you didn’t give me what I’d asked for; can I put in an order for another meal (no matter how you spin it I was 1 meal short for my family because she put pineapple in the gen.tso instead of 1 gen.tso and 1pineapple chicken) it happens. That’s fine, didn’t get mad or fuss I asked if I could order another combo meal and she just kept telling me to check the bag it’s in there she knows she checked. 1- mistakes happen no big deal, 2- take my money when I ask to add an order instead of getting rude and telling me to check the bag. If they’re still open in 2 or 3 years maybe I’ll try again.

I’ll give it three stars. The food was actually really good and the staff is nice. The resturant looks a little sketchy inside as its dimly lit and in disrepair. From the outside there are literally piles of trash pushed up on and against the sidewalk from the parking lot sweeper that no one bothers to pick up so it makes what could be a nicer place a little better. By the way, its July and in reference to the sign on your door, Merry Christmas to you too.

The food was great and affordable. The service was speedy and we were treated well. Early in the day they have a buffet option open. It’s a great place to eat if you are with a group of family or friends.( The area looks a little sketchy but it’s actually really friendly, if you want a drink I suggest going next door to the family dollar, and the “P” light is broken in the word PANDA on the building)
