Giving 5 stars to offset all of the goofies that may not get the owners disposition. Come on guys lighten up..imo the food is great for a little Chinese food spot in a strip mall. You guys want stellar customer service go to Benihana. They are honest, hard working, and make great food. Period. Customer service was terrible. My chicken wings looked as if they were bruised and spoiled. I purchased $40 worth of food two weeks prior and received a free 2 L soda. This time around I purchased $60 worth of food and was told I’m not allowed a free soda.

I have been a customer since the place opened. They have changed the way they make their food recently. The fired rice is now very pale and flavorless. I asked for extra mustard and received no condiments at all. Also a young boy often runs the front counter and every time he has waited on me he is quite rude. 30+ years and I will never go there again. Horrible food and rude service

Came here today for the first time and the last. It is hot as he** in here which makes me wonder about the cleanliness of this place….flies everywhere. I ordered a combo meal that came with an egg roll and I asked if I can substitute the egg roll for spring rolls and she said “50 cents extra” I looked at the menu and pointed to it and said “but the egg roll and the spring rolls are the same price $2.10”. I asked her how many spring rolls I’d get if I ordered the appetizer for $2.10 and she said I would only get one spring roll. There is no way they were charging $2.10 for one spring roll! I know I sound petty for complaining about a spring roll swap, but it’s the principal. You treat your customers like crud, you lose them. I’ll never be back and will be calling the health department to check in on this dump.

Their food is always delicious! The family that runs this restaurant have a great system in place for being Covid safe when working with customers. They have a pass through window setup for payment and for food.
My recommendation is to try their steamed dumplings, Hot and Sour soup, and fried chicken wings.
Pricing is very affordable and you get good size portions of food.
