This place is run by two of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. They are so doting, very kind, and generous! But the food is fantastic. We recommend the honey walnut shrimp and the egg drop soup. The wonton soup has a lovely ginger flavor, and their hot tea comes perfectly steeped already!

I ordered takeout. First time here and am really impressed with the food and the owners who took my order and helped me during pickup. Very polite, kind and welcoming. Beautiful smiles which made me feel welcome. The food was excellent. We ordered sesame chicken which was cooked beautifully and very tasty. The Szechwan Tofu we ordered it without broccoli or onions and medium heat. This had a great flavor, Tofu was perfectly cooked, medium, in my option was not spicy, so I will try spicy next time. Also a 1/2 order of vegetable Egg Foo young. Eggs were done spectacularly and the veggies as well. Pork egg rolls were delicious. Definitely traditional, reminded me of my friend’s mothers’ she would make us. The Hot and Sour soup was good and the Egg Flower soup had such a comforting, gentle flavor. Steamed rice was cooked to perfection. They even gave us some mandarins and freshly cooked sesame balls as a thank you. We will be coming back.

p.s.. For those who may not know, it is best if you order hot and sour soup, to let it cool slightly before eating. Otherwise, the vinegar which makes the sour flavor is too aromatic and pungent,. As it slightly cools that effervescent mellows as well.. Happy eating!

We recently dined at Panda Cafe and had a solid experience! The highlight was definitely the generous portions—their Mongolian beef and sliced BBQ pork were rich in flavor and great value.

The ambiance is cozy and clean, with friendly service from the owners Judy and Qun—they go out of their way to chat and make you feel welcome.

A dependable local gem in Eureka. Whether you’re grabbing takeout or sitting in, Panda Cafe delivers big flavors, generous portions, and genuinely welcoming service. I’ll definitely be back!

Great place for Chinese food. Don’t get the name mixed up for Panda Express. This is a locally owned small shop where they make quality Chinese food and don’t charge extreme for it.

After a long day of hiking, it’s time for some fattening Chinese food so we stop by. Due to the pandemic, we have to order takeout to eat back at the hotel. The older lady taking the food order was very friendly and talkative. Placed an order for eight plates of food and took about 20 minutes to receive the order and the food quality was great.

I had the orange chicken and my wife had the lemon shrimp with hot & sour soup. Soup had strong vinegar and white pepper taste, which isn’t bad. Had to add soy sauce to cut the taste; wife was not impressed. Lemon and orange sauce was ok. Shrimp is the typical breaded and deep fried kind. Orange chicken was ok. Nothing spectacular but it was edible.

We had meals off the lunch menu. Reasonably priced for the generous amount of food they serve. My lunch of Sesame Chicken came with a crunchy spring roll, Egg Flower Soup, and rice. Everything was delicious. Service was excellent. The restaurant is bright and cheerful.

My husband ordered the Mongolian beef and then container seemed to be more then half filled with onions (barley any meat!). We didn’t order extra onions or even want that much onion, we wanted beef. Totally not worth the $13 charged for that much onion… On the side came steamed rice, we made it very clear we didn’t want steamed rice and we wanted to pay extra to upgrade it to fried rice. They gave us both rice and charged for both smh. So much rice it went to waste. This was our first time going there. It wasn’t a good experience. Probably won’t be going back. Picture below shows container after the beef was taken out.
