Visiting a friend in Arlington and she recommended it since it’s close to her house, ordering by phone while driving (pulled over) & order was ready when we got there. The Hunan Shrimp was delicious, as were the Veggie Spring Rolls & the Cashew Chicken was enjoyed by my friends while we ate on dinner plates at her house.

Popular Chinese food to take out, the prices and the food taste is a balance. I’ll say this place is good a take out, the dine in isn’t nice, but we love order take out here and they’re fast.
One of my favorites in Arlington.

The current operational structure of this establishment is well-suited for takeout orders. The quality of the food is good , with the fried rice being a notable highlight. Further refinement of customer service interactions could enhance the overall dining experience.

Just had an orange chicken combo with fried rice. Had a piece of french fries in the fried rice and a piece of pork meat which both were not supposed to be. Also there were two pieces of clementine skins in the orange chicken which I have never seen at any other chinese food places. I only have a picture with french fries in it. I did not even bother taking other pictures. The food was not good. This place needs to work on cleanliness of their kitchen…I think

This is a perfectly solid Chinese restaurant that does a large business in carry out. Twice, I have done a large order for a group meeting and everyone has been very happy with my choices from Panda Cafe. Chicken w/mixed veggies was a particular hit.

In my most recent order an item was missing and they were very quick with options to make it right. Accidents happen and was quite pleased with the resolution.

Super Fast (and fresh/hot!). Good price. Great Chinese food. Free delivery within 2 miles. I don’t know why I haven’t tried it before but it’s a great little Chinese place. Love that the combo comes with a veggie spring roll.

I’m writing this review to debunk any misconceptions about the (currently) below 4-star rating. It turns out, this place is a hidden gem for those seeking affordable and quick Chinese takeout – a fact that might be lost on some who have different expectations. This Chinese restaurant is a fantastic option for those who appreciate the convenience and affordability of takeout without compromising on taste. If you’re in the mood for great cheap Chinese food, give this place a try – you won’t be disappointed!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the food. The house lo mein has chicken, beef, and shrimp. The meats didn’t taste rubbery or like they had gone “off” (as I have had that happen at other fast Chinese restaurants, it’s nice to see it tasted fresh). The vegetable fried rice had quite a lot of different veggies and a good portion of them, too. The General Tso’s chicken had the ratio of batter to chicken you’d expect from this kind of to go Chinese restaurant, so I was not dissapointed.

To sample a bit of everything, I got the appetizer platter for one, and each item was good.

It’s crucial to understand the context here – this is not a sit-down, fine-dining establishment. Instead, it excels in providing quick, delicious, and affordable Chinese food. So if you are looking for a budget friendly Chinese meal, I wouldn’t let the bad reviews deter you from going here.

Great classic Chinese takeout! The food is always tasty, portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. Delivery is consistently quick.

Thought I was going to panda Express, as someone who had a family member at the local ER, excellent service and middle of the road dishes. Only mild complaint is that I would expect crispy beef to have a better dredge coating so it actually has some crispyness, it was limp, flavor good, but missed the mark for texture.

BTW, this isn’t panda Express, but just as good and much cheaper. Got like 4 dishes for under $50, which is not the norm these days. Would go again if in the area.
