I was craving shrimp egg foo young and this restaurant came up as having it. It was very good. And we also ordered sweet and sour shrimp and won ton soup also very good on a cold night. It all was packed very neatly in a very nice Red Christmas and NYE bag. I will order from them again. The hostess was very nice and friendly too.

What a great find! Found this gem on the way home from Grandmas house. Called ahead to order and it was ready as promised. Egg drop soup was delicious, chicken wings were crispy, staff were friendly, and the inside was very clean. Reusable bag was a nice bonus!

I ordered from Panda Café in Manassas, VA today and everything was absolutely phenomenal. I got the orange chicken, chicken lo mein, beef & broccoli, fried dumplings, and chicken tenders, and every single item was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly.
The orange chicken had the perfect balance of crispy and saucy, the lo mein was well seasoned and not greasy, the beef & broccoli was tender and packed with flavor, and the fried dumplings were delicious and crispy. Even the chicken tenders stood out — juicy on the inside with a great crunch on the outside.
Portion sizes were generous, quality was excellent, and you can really tell they care about the food they put out. This is hands down one of the best takeout experiences I’ve had in the area.
Highly recommend Panda Café — I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Firstly, really appreciate the quality of the to-go containers. The New Year theme insulated togo bag is honestly the best Chinese takeout bag I’ve ever seen from a Chinese place.
Order the Crispy Beef, which was really good. Chicken fried rice, flavorful and simple on all the right ways. Walnut shrimp, 7/10, a bit doughy for my liking however they provided the sauce on the side which I plan on using it as a left over somehow. Hot and sour soup could have been better but it did the job.
This is a good stable Chinese takeout place for sure.

I love Panda Café, they have always been very kind, and the food is always delicious. We had some obnoxious panhandlers come in and start playing instruments, and I was a little disappointed that they didn’t ask them to leave, but otherwise it’s a wonderful place. Definitely try the general tsos chicken. Outstanding.

Our dinner was excellent. We ordered takeout. It came in an insulated bag! Such a nice touch to ensure our food was hot. We very much appreciate the dinner combos come with fried rice. So happy Panda Cafe is just minutes away and is delicious!

I would say this place is pretty good. Not amazing, but great in all aspects. I ordered a take-out, for the first time trying this place. I got the chicken with broccoli and some shrimp fried rice. Both large, the total came out to $26.
The Shrimp Fried Rice was pretty good – not amazing. It seemed like it was a bit under-cooked, or maybe left out too long (?) because the rice had a crunchy texture to it, in the middle.
The Chicken with Broccoli was great. It has a very strong pronounced front flavor, similar to that which you get when you add A1 or Teriyaki sauce to something. You can tell there’s an extreme frontal flavor, not a blended smooth flavor. The meat was nice and tender, and the broccoli was cooked perfectly. Not too mushy and not stiff. It was great, and I’d give it a 8/10. There was a nice even balance of meat to vegetables.
There were no condiments in the bag, or plastic-ware.
The staff were very helpful, happy, and polite.
All things considered, I still prefer my go-to spot at China Star, but since they are closed on Mondays, I will keep this place in mind for future visits, because the food was decent and the people were kind.

We often order takeout from Panda Cafe, and think they have the best tofu in Manassas! Multiple vegetarian/vegan options to choose from, all are delicious. Delivery is often quick, the drivers are always friendly, and the food stays warm!
