Having grown up in the southwest, It’s always a sweet relief to find authentic Mexican food up here. I had the chicken enchiladas and flautas appitizer along with a chicken chinichanga to go cause I don’t make it down here often enough from Adams.

Good food , reasonable prices. We both ordered Chicken Chimichangas and they were delicious. Free chips and salsa to start. We asked for guacamole with the chips, which was terrific. Decor is so-so but not offensive. We stopped in for lunch around 12:30 pm on a Thursday, only customers were one other table. A few folks came in for takeout. Next time in town, I’d come back.

Pancho’s may not be the only place to find Mexican cuisine in Pittsfield, but it is the only to have consistently provided high quality food and service throughout my life (27 y/o). There is no place I would recommend more & highly encourage all to stop in – a choice you will not regret!

I use to LOVE this place but not anymore! My boyfriend and I came here for dinner and we left completely disappointed. The restaurants was not busy, only 1 other table finishing up when we arrived and a few people at the bar. And I noticed a few take out orders, but nothing to crazy. We ordered a scorpion bowl, an appetizer as well as our main meals. We waited over an hour for any food to come out. (only thing that even came out was my meal and it was cold) we asked to not even bother with other food and just pay for our drink since we waited over an hour and we received only 1 item and it was cold…. Not to mention, we did not care for the scorpion bowl. It had a strange flavor to it, not sure what it was but it wasn’t great, and not to mention it was almost $50!! Definitely not worth it!! I use to love this place and preferred it over Pittsfield’s other Mexican restaurant but sadly after today I will not be coming back. Not sure what changed but don’t bother with this place!

¡Espectacular! Panchos is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. Their mole sauce is dark and rich and smoky, the tamal and relleno are delicious, the empanadas just right, and they make a mean house margarita. Don’t miss the mural behind the bar. This is a great place for families or bring a crowd and have a party.

The exact right kind of authentic Mexican – the kitchen. Decor really caters to the eye and enhances the dining experience, very kind staff. Affordable

Bad experience from start to finish, the bartender called out, so a customer drinking at the that used to work there started making drinks and taking orders. Although there were only 2 people at the bar and 2 other tables, my party was there for a total of 45 minutes and never received anything we ordered, including our sodas. By the time the waiter came back to say there was another issue, we were starving and needed to leave to get food.
