Called ahead with a party of 9 and they moved tables around to accommodate. And this is a fast food place basically, but with amazing Mexican food. I was in heaven with the quesabirria tacos. My wife got the street tacos, and out of the three, the lengua tacos were my favorite. She also ordered the ceviche tostada, and it was some of the best ceviche I’ve ever had. The kids quesadillas were much larger than I expected and came with beans and rice.

I bought a nacho supreme for $13, and received 95% chips and 5% meat. I would not go here if I were you. They seemed to be courteous and professional. At the end of the day, I could have bought a bag of chips for $2. And now I feel cheated.

Pancho’s always has amazing burritos for really great prices! They are HUGE and have really good stuff inside, not just a ton of rice for filler. The staff is always really nice too.

A year ago I would have given this place 5 stars but now in 2023? Nope. Something has changed. It’s not the same. Pancho’s has gone from the best to the worst in a very short time. What a shame. Never eating here again.

Do not be deterred by the fast food appearance! This place is righteous! There are really good diverse flavors in their food, plates are huge; I could barely eat 2/3 of my portion. I’m really impressed with the quality of food. Totally worth the drive to rock springs. That’s right. We came all the way here just for panchos.

Please please please have someone who speaks English answer the phone for to go orders… I called to see if my order had been picked up or not and even after 45 min of trying to explain I didn’t want to place an order I just wanted to see if mine was still there or not, she was still trying to place a new order. I eventually got frustrated & hung up because I asked to speak to someone else & she thought I was adding more to my order and asked me what size. ♀️ tried to call back & it won’t let me. It says user busy.

Knowing Panchos in Casper we were not ready for the over the top hot hot hot salsa, even the avocado sauce. Bought sour cream to soften the assault to the taste buds. No reaction from servers. URwarned!!!

Dined here on a recent trip to Rock Springs, portions were generous, prices were reasonable, and the dining area was clean. It was also conveniently located to the motel we were staying at (Country West). I got the chicken taco plate, hubby got the shredded beef burrito plate. We were each able to make 2 meals out of 1. I particularly liked that they didn’t chintz on the lettuce, and they had a variety of salsas available. Not sure when we’ll be in Rock Springs next, but when that day rolls around, we would definitely eat at Pancho’s again.
