Inside closed. Ordered breakfast burrito. No eggs at all. Those are scrambled eggs from my hotel. The plate is what was inside and it was old not fresh. Too much Chorizo some potatoes and a little cheese. Chips were stale. Red and green salsa came in plastic packs. Nice lady at the window, but that’s all the positive. Do not recommend and will not return.

Cashier Anabel – she kept verifying me to give her another card because it was declined. She give me an exact total of $39.95, I had exactly that amount on my card! Then I had to make a transfer for more money. I received my receipt and I ask her why the extra charge and totaling being $41.54. She stated my bank charge for more $.

Was pretty excited when I stumbled upon this place, as a lot of other similar style restaurants don’t seem to be able to maintain quality across the 24 hour shifts, but any time I’ve come here, anything I’ve tried has been on point. My only points of contention – one, it’d be super great to be able to dine in the restaurant, not a huge fan the inside is still closed. Two, would love the addition of a half order of super nachos. One order is too much for me in one sitting, and doesn’t save as leftovers very well, and think half may be appealing to more than just me. Everyone has been really nice that works the drivethrough, too, which can really make or break an experience sometimes.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered a torta with steak meat. Gave me a dry piece of thin steak, with a little bit of lettuce in between two pieces of bread. Anyone who has had a good torta, knows that there’s at least cheese and some beans, maybe even sour cream inside a torta with the meat. I wouldn’t have been so frustrated if the meat at least had good flavor and wasn’t so dry. Went back to get a refund and was told that that is how they make their tortas and they would make an exception this one time because there was “nothing” wrong with it. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

Never again! Overcharged fees! Ordered $65 worth of burritos and rude woman at the window refused to give more than one tiny salsa per burrito. The burritos were 95% potato, no egg or cheese as the menu states, very little bacon or ham. This place used to be great, what happened?!?!

Food is really good but they are gouging customers with the card transaction fees, 3.75%! That is absurd!and totally unnecessary. They are passing all those fees onto the customer, but they hardly have any overhead. It’s only drive through, other Pancho restaurants you can eat inside without having to worry about spilling food on yourself in your car. The ingredients are fresh and I’ve never had any issues with customer service. The fact it’s open 24 hours is sweet. This place would be a 5 star ⭐ rating if they could get a different POS system and/or open up the indoor seating area.

Left my late shift and wanted to try Pancho’s for the second time. The lady took my card and closed the window for about 4 mins! Was getting concerned since I’ve had my card info stolen before. Once she handed me my card and food, I asked for 2 extra red sauce she said “NO” very rudely! Then just closed the window! This is Overland Park l, not Van Brunt! I expected more professionalism than this! I will never go back and I will also tell people how disrespectful the employees are! The saying goes, “ tell 10 people about good service, tell 50 people about bad service”!

I would’ve given 0 stars if I could. The lady who was at the drive through was rude and had an attitude the whole time we was there. The tostada tasted like they poured water on it it was disgusting and just thrown together. The chimichanga was cold and the burrito tasted like the meat was disgusting. Worst place I’ve ever eaten at, if you don’t want to treat customers with respect and serve edible food 24/7 don’t be open that long!!! Trash food and even more trash service idk how they’re even still open

Don’t get the California Burrito. The online menu says it’s made with steak, and it was just a mound of ground beef. Nothing else but potatoes in there. No sauce/seasoning, really bad. Waste of almost $7. Also the menu needs to be more descriptive, it doesn’t even list that there are beans in anything.
