Great food, affordable prices. Mom and pop places are always the best and this place is no exception.

This is in my top 3 fave Mexican restaurants. Just the nicest staff, delicious food. Good portion for the price. Fish tacos are so good. They even make me a vegetarian burrito with all the fixings. Really great little place.

This has been our favorite place for great, authentic Mexican food for the past 15 years. Great food and very friendly staff. Sadly, Panchos closed it’s doors permanently on March 23, 2019. We wish the families nothing but the best. Thank you!

My wife and I have eaten at Pancho’s many times over the past 10 years. In all that time maybe once or twice was our food or service less than a 5 star experience. Those times it was a 4.
Tonight I had the Camerones Al Diablo — fiery hot shrimp. They were the most perfect shrimp I have had in 66 years of eating — fresh, plump, perfectly cooked — melt-in-your-mouth tender. That’s a phrase that is never used with shrimp. Just the right amount of fire to make my nose run but add to the taste of all the ingredients, not obscure them.
The place is simple, scrupulously clean. The service friendly and efficient. The atmosphere — family. The seating is limited. The place was packed. 2 stools at the counter open. Yet no one had to wait more than 5 minutes for a seat. Many carry-outs during our meal, too. No pressure to “turn over the seats”. A very comfortable, happy, friendly atmosphere. The best authentic Mexican food in the State line area. One of the two best I’ve ever eaten at. If you like Mexican food, you’ll love Pancho’s! What are you waiting for? Go! 😉

First time going last night, friendly staff and food was good. The frozen strawberry margarita was very very delicious.
We will be back.
And has for comments about other restaurants in area better, I have been to them and yes the supermecado America in Lake Geneva/Elkhorn but both locations are small with 4 tables jammed in back of grocery store and no don’t serve alcohol. And I don’t k ow what restaurant someone said in Antioch but as far as I experienced that one in town is over priced and food is NOT authentic and the margaritas blow.

Tasty food – nice menu of food and drinks. Shame that they charge for chips and salsa as most places I’ve been have those on the table complimentary to the guests. Everyone left happy and full! Floor is definitely slippery when wet btw!

If your hungry and tired of the same greasy fast food then you need to give this joint a spin. Super yummy, fresh ingredients and fairly fast service. For $6 get a tired value meal or for the same price get your butt outta the car and walk in to get REAL FOOD! YUM YUM YUM!! Will be going back!

I had the chicken tinga plate. Very flavorful chicken with cheese. The rice and beans were delicious. The corn tortillas were plentiful and hot. The red and green salsas were REALLY good.

We had a company luncheon on 5/4/17 for cinco de mayo, and the food was absolutely terrible no flavor what so ever, the bean’s were burnt the salsa had no flavor just the worst! I’m regretting even eating that food. Your better off getting taco bell.
