We have been waiting for them to open for a long time. We’ve enjoyed from their food truck in the past, but first time in their new restaurant on Madison Ave. My wife had the 2 meat plater and I tried their tri-tip burrito. EVERYTHING tasted great. For us, we could have easily split a burrito but most would consider it a large portion they’d finish in one seating. They have 2 of the best bbq sauces we’ve tried…bbq jalapeño and mango habanero…absolutely spectacular! Lots of room, a few TV’s, beer and wine available all with a “clean & spacious” western theme… we will definitely be back. And the picture of the 2 meat plater has some meat missing…my better half dove in before I could snap a picture!
Also, per my better half & I concur, they have the absolute best plain churro’s…crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with plenty of cinnamon and sugar on the outside. And again, there are supposed to be 2 churro’s but one was inhaled before I could snap a picture.

Was supposed to go to crepes and burgers beside it but tried panco villa for something different and they recently opened when we visited. I lived in New Mexico but not fond of mexican food but their food is really good that I finished my whole plate. My companions also like their beef assortment said they were so juicy

Our first time visiting Pancho Villa BBQ and we’re glad we choose them. Their meats are juicy and tender ( Pork Baby Back Ribs and Tri Tip) and the portions were generous. Sides dishes were fresh and tasty. A Western Decor with Pictures of Pancho Villa in the walls were right on point. We are definitely coming back to this great restaurant. Keep up the excellent work!!

My hubby and I enjoyed a filling and delicious meal here today. He ordered their very tender tri-tip with sides of creamy macaroni and also beans. I ordered their smoked, moist, fall off the bone chicken with a heaping portion of their sweet potato waffle fries and their lightly spiced collard greens. My dish also had a small scoop of polenta and crunchy garlic bread.
Their salsa is the best I’ve had in a long time! While waiting for our dishes to be served, we both enjoyed lightly salted tortilla chips and some their yummy salsa.
The atmosphere at Poncho Villa is appealing in a western theme with 90s country music and is very welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!

I worked with Tammy at Pancho Villa to organize an end of year thank you dinner for Capital Valley Futbol Club coaches, refs, and board members. The event was for 50 people. The set up, seating, and atmosphere were great. I appreciated their regular communication and checking in to make sure the guests were happy.
Everything in the taco bar was delicious! They gave us a selection of chicken, pork, and tri-tip, rice, and beans. With the chips and salsas and taco toppings I heard nothing but positive feedback.
I definitely recommend Pancho Villa for your next event!

We went to celebrate a birthday on early Monday evening, and it was great. We’ve visited them from their food truck before, and had been also patiently waiting for the restaurant to open. We were greeted right away with big smiles and friendly voices. The atmosphere was great, and the decor around the entire place is fantastic, as there is so much to look at. The family photos embedded in some of the tables were a cool idea, and you can feel it is a family run business. The service was amazing, and the food was just as good. We will continue to go back!

This is such a cool spot! It’s about time a good BBQ place came to town! Food was fire, the service was excellent and the decor was so fun! It’s got a rustic, western vibe that added to the whole experience! 10/10. Only suggestion I have is that they have complimentary toothpicks because I needed one afterwards. But other than that I loved it!
