The people who work here truly put their heart into everything they do. The service is welcoming and genuine; the staff isn’t just serving food, they’re sharing a piece of their culture, making you feel valued and special in every detail. You can tell the love and dedication they pour into each dish, and it shines through in every bite.
The food, of course, is next-level. Every plate is an explosion of flavors, from the perfectly seasoned tacos to the freshly made guacamole. You simply must try the mole and traditional desserts, which are a true journey of taste. Everything is fresh, beautifully presented, and filled with that authenticity you only get with quality ingredients and skilled hands.
This is definitely a place I’ll return to again and again. It’s more than just a restaurant; it’s an experience that combines amazing food, culture, and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something truly special and authentic!
The staff is amazing. The guy from Bolivia (don’t remember his name) who works there took care of us, introduced us to their specials, gave recommendations when it comes to their menu.
The food was delicious and came fast, all of the bartenders were very positive and attentive. The chicken burrito is a must-try! They have a happy hour all summer long for their items, cocktails included – that was a nice touch.
We really loved the atmosphere, food and staff. Definitely recommend if you’re feeling Latin American/Spanish food!
Under new management the Pancho rebounds in one of Vienna’s not overly charming neighborhoods.
“Leopoldstadt” is an old Jewish neighborhood – the Boy’s Choire is lodging and performing next door and two of our WWII FLAK-Towers are there too.
Every month they “host” another South American cuisine.
We did brunch Peruvian style – “basics” buffet style, 6 mains tapas style, great margaritas!
The place, diners style, not overdecorated – the staff just great, representing Vienna’s Hispanic community well!
Not a fancy place – but best in it’s class in Vienna.
We ordered the nacho chips with cheese baked over and 4 separate dips, black bean, guacamole, salsa, sour cream.
Mixed fajitas, chicken and beef served with lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes and dips. Flour tortillas kept warm in separate container.
Caiprihinja cocktail and pineapple and strawberry juice.
Tasty food, served quickly by friendly staff.
Good location, busy and interesting with great food.
