I’ve been stalking this place on Instagram for a little while now. Luckily, a friend offered to accompany me for Taco Tuesday, so I could finally check it out. The menu was super cute because it looked like a marble composition book. I liked the Day of the Dead decor. We had the nacho appetizer, which is really big. My friend doesn’t eat meat, so we asked for carnitas on the side. The cheese sauce was delicious, and the pickled onions were very tasty. My friend had the cauliflower tacos dinner. I had a cauliflower taco and a pork belly taco. The cauliflower tacos were decent, but were better when adding pickled onions. The pork belly was very good. I will try a carnitas taco next time because the meat was really good. It’s BYOB which is a nice bonus. I’d like to go back and try more menu items.

Actually a 3.8 rating. I would of given a higher rating but I was missing black beans on both meals which was suppose to be included and no salsa in the bag and was not told that we had to grab it from the fridge. Tacos were tasty though

Honestly, I’ve been waiting for Pancho to open since the signs went up in the window. I’m an always say yes to tacos kind of person, so I was ready to try this new place. But! I was prepared to be disappointed – gotta temper the expectations, ya know? There was zero disappointment here, in fact, the food was so good it distracted me from my margarita (best new pandemic skill, just sayin’). I can’t wait to go back and try more menu items, but so far, I highly recommend the nachos, the elote, and any of the meats – the birria, mojo pollo, and carnitas were out of this world. Trust me on this one – go, enjoy, thank me later.

Absolutely love this place. Staff is great, and the food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Salsas are made in house, and they source a lot of their ingredients from local farms. What else can you ask for?!

Tried this place for the first time last night and was blown away. Not only was the food incredible, but the atmosphere inside is awesome. I got a burrito and my friend got some tacos. The burrito was packed with meat as were the tacos so you definitely get what you pay for. The burrito came with fried plantains which were honestly the best plantains I’ve ever had. It’s a little small so if you want to eat there, expect a short wait for a table or just carry it out.

We have ordered takeout from here 3 times and it’s consistently amazing! Get their guac, it’s so good. Any of the tacos, burritos or other dishes are fresh, arrive to appropriate temperature, and everything is well seasoned.

I ordered 3 weeks ago and it was my first time , I liked the food so much and I went back today , but they changed the chicken to some kind of white meat unflavored shredded chicken. First time I see Mexican food using unflavored shredded chicken this is not Mexican, it’s awful doesn’t add a taste to the bowl mix . Please go back to your original flavored chicken cubes , if any customer complains about the chicken portion you can make the rice portion more bec it’s too little anyway or you can give choice of extra chicken at an additional fee . But the new change to your chicken truthfully is a lose .i gave the 2 stars because his food is always fresh but the chicken is not worth it seems like the roasted chicken breast from Costco being shredded!

I’ve had really great tacos from here and also subpar. They seem to still be working on the consistency on the day to day. One Al pastor (meat) I got was juicy, cut small and flavorful; another time it was thicker, rough and less taste. One time I got the cauliflower tacos and they were awesome; another time dry and overcooked. So much potential here- I hope they work it out!!
