Incredible gem! The food was incredible, service was fast and the staff is genuinely kind. I ordered a torta de pastor and my friend ordered ceviche. Highly recommend both! And don’t get me started on the agua frescas. Also the atmosphere is so bright with color, from tables to talavera and banda music!

First off I want to start this with we went at an off time for their weekend buffet. They selection of food was amazing and the flavor was great. I had the birria, mole, Nopales, Nopales with chicharrones, a chili rellano, the beans, a couple asada tacos, some seafood soup and one dish with eggplant in it, sorry I don’t know the name. The dessert was amazing as well as their coffee. The food was delicious but because we were in-between lunch and dinner some of the food was just luke warm. I easily got over that due to the flavor. We met the owner who is extremely friendly as is all of the staff. We will definitely be back but next time during peak hours when the food is rotating quicker. If you love authentic Mexican this is the buffet to try out.

I ordered the nachos off of the appetizer menu. I didn’t expect the nachos to be as huge as they are. So I also ordered a quesadilla. I barely finished the nachos and ended up taking the quesadilla home. The prices not expensive and the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is authentic, it’s does not give a chain restaurant vibe.

I loved all that Panchitas had to offer the food was amazing. My wife had the taco salad and it tasted great and fresh, my daughter had a burrito and it was big and tasted great too. I had pork ribs smothered in green salsa with Mexican rice and beans plus the tortillas tasted great not store bought. We also had the atolle de nueces which tasted amazing and I had cafe de holla which needed nothing but itself and taste delicious. The reception was amazing and the place is vibrant with colors. Very authentic and rich of love and flavor. Will add pictures on my next visit. See you soon Panchitas..

If you’re looking for good flavor, this place has it. The problem is that they’re not well organized. The total cost for an adult with a drink and taxes is approximately $30 USD, and the problem is that they’re eating with disposable plates and utensils. I think it’s very expensive, and the tables are very uncomfortable; they’re just makeshift bars. Personally, I won’t be returning. This is the buffet only on weekends.

Went here the other night for dinner. Atmosphere is nice, with great music. The salsa they serve with chips was thick and flavorful. I ordered the chicken mold. It was thick and slightly spicy. Almost as good as my mom’s. The serving are very generous and the prices were reasonable. Our server, Alejandra was fantastic. She was welcoming, friendly, and made sure we were content. Will be going back in a few days to try out their breakfast.
