I wish we had a Pancheros closer to where we live. I like to visit when I’m in the Sioux Falls area. I like the size and softness of the burritos. My most recent visit, the steak had a lack of flavor. But most of the time everything is good.

I can not tell you enough about this place, the first picture I posted has a pic of one of the best management I have ever seen, this store was very clean, fun to visit and the food was fantastic, when you go here they don’t just slap a burrito together, they get your order and when they are finished they actually mix all your ingredients together so every bite is amazing, you tell them what to put on it so you can not really say hey you messed it up, lol. He had 2 other workers with him that were just as good. It was fast, tasty, clean, and not good but great service. Thank you guys for all you did that day, I will visit again.

I was craving a certain something and Pancheros hit the spot! The staff was super delightful and if I were to eat there, the dinning area was clean and had a decent amount of available free tables. I ended up with a bowl of rice, black beans, queso, chicken, hot sauce, shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and jalapenos. I also got myself a bottle of Orange Vitamin Water.

Ordered online. Came in and waited patiently at the register for my order. The employees that were busy with other customers became free and walked the opposite way from me. The employee checking out the customers got my order even though the other employee was free. Disappointed in the service.

My first experience dining at a Pancheros was a nightmare. The staff was aggressive and highly insulting. As for the food, again it was less than satisfactory. The meat was cold and the dishes were dirty. Now I hate this place. I would recommend you never ever go there. They are very disgusting, the service, the quality and the overall experience was HORIFIC! Fix your store or get out of town. Those aren’t the business we like to have around. They should give me a refund plus a free meal coupon and make it right but they are pitiful. 5 THUMBS DOWN!

Came in at 10 pm, store closed at 11. Ordered burritos that we always do, received them and they were cold. Dude in charge argued with me after I said just microwave it, don’t have one, grille it, shut off at 930, or bake it, shut off at 930 too. Gave them back their food and said bubye. Called when I got home and the same person answered, Armando or something like that and he continues to argue his case. I said this shit won’t fly and he threatened me. These guys are great in Eastern Iowa but this place on 41st Street in Sioux Falls doesn’t cut it. Caveat Emptor, buyer be ware.

Normally this place is good – but I placed an order for delivery and my $10 quesadilla came with 3 small chunks of chicken. 2 parts of the quesadilla literally was just the tortilla and a touch of cheese. This is ridiculous, overall 14 bucks for a tortilla and chips. Probably going to be a while before I give this a shot again.
