Better than Qdoba or Chipotle. Burrito contents are mixed for even flavor. Tortillas are made fresh for each order. Queso tastes like actual cheese.

About a month ago, I had a bad experience with a DoorDash delivery from Pancheros. When I called to place a new delivery order for a big leadership meeting at work, I shared my concerns about the previous delivery. Although the issue wasn’t Pancheros’ fault, the general manager offered to personally deliver the food to ensure everything went smoothly. The food was fantastic—and the customer service was even better!

We just recently used them for a catering order for my son’s football team dinner. The experience was great from start to finish. The boys RAVED about the food! Said it was better than Qdoba & Chipotle. It was better priced too. I initially was intimidated by having to feed 30 teen boys but this was perfect. Everyone was happy. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!

Way better burritos than Qdoba or chipotle. The fresh tortillas honestly do make a big difference. I had a simple burrito. Chicken, rice/beans , salsa , queso cheese and sour cream. The chicken was fresh off the grill and the rice was cooked nicely. A lot of times with burrito bars like this the rice is underdone but not here. Nothing fancy just a solid burrito. The atmosphere could use a little sprucing up but my lady taking my order was very kind and made my burrito very fast. They mixed my ingredients before wrapping up my burrito, something I haven’t seen done at similar restaurants. I can see why some people might not like that but personally I enjoyed it because I got a good bite every time.

Ordered a bowl for take out to try this place for the first time. I paid extra for extra protein and guac but realized once I was home that I got neither. The bowl was mostly rice. The bowls at Chipotle are about 30% larger and you get more of everything so I’ll be sticking with them.

We decided to stop by today after picking up kids laptops from the middle school and placed our order at about 1:50pm online so we could pick it up on our way home with an estimated time to assemble – 15 minutes.
There was 1 person in line when I arrived and two employees working. When it was my turn, I gave them my name and the person had to sort through a stack of orders to find mine. The gentleman working stopped helping to answer his cell phone and walked to the back.
All the food in bins seemed to be swimming in liquid which leads to soggy burritos. The tortillas were undercooked and gummy which was a shame since the idea of fresh tortillas is delicious. I ordered tacos for myself and they were a mess. Including a picture of what I got.
This was a disappointing chain experience that focuses on all the wrong things. I don’t mind waiting for good food. This was not worth it.

Was very disappointed tonight. Been coming to this poncheros for 12 years. Came in at 9:15pm. Over half of of options were not even on the line. Other half of line was maybe 5% to 10% full. When I asked why they said it was because they close at 10pm. Now I have worked food for many years and a stickler to have everything done so I can walk out as soon as possible after close but not when it effects the quality of your job. Take a lil pride in your work ethic. Tonight was pathetic. Was sheer laziness. To have 3 people working and nothing prepped or even doing anything to replenish the line was just sad. Just having a jolly time with no sense of work ethic just showed how much they truely didnt care. I want them to enjoy their coworkers and their environment but your at work and that comes first. Try atleast. I can understand OMG we were slammed and they were working to replenish the stock. Shoot I’ve tipped their many times in the past. To say cause we close at 10pm was pathetic excuse to check out early. Im easy going would of completely understood a rush and would of been sympathic if they were trying. Was not the case. Talk about not even doing full scoops so they wouldn’t have to cook. If my niece had not been there I would of walked out and refused to pay for it.
